Holiday rentals with lake access in Praia do Pontal

Mr. José received us in an impeccable way, with clear instructions, tips given in advance and the place was so welcoming! All very clean, pleasant and cozy.. we will come back more often. Another important point for us was the location, close to all the senses of the city: Paraty Mirim, Historic Center, Trindade. Very good!

The house manages to be even more beautiful in person! We had an easy time arriving at the house with Aline's instructions, we arrived the night and it was quiet. It has a lot of blankets because it's really cold at night. The kitchen is well equipped and I felt at home being able to cook and barbecue at the balcony barbecue. The jacuzzi is wonderful we use it every night and our 2 year old daughter loved it! Clean bathrooms, hot showers. At the back of the house there is a land that we can access with a river that makes a very tasty noise and the view is beautiful. We went to the river to see close but I recommend going with repellents because the mosquitoes attack (inside the house not). It has a smart tv with several channels and the internet works very well. The only negative point that it is not the fault of the hostess is that in the same deserted street there are many cars and motorcycles at night (people traveling), so there is noise, but nothing that is serious. We would definitely go back to the house! Very perfect!

The stay at Nature Village was wonderful. The cottage is very small, but enough to spend the days. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very large and has a good shower. The location is very good, but we recommend it for those traveling by car, access is super easy and all paved. Paraty is very hot, but the cottage has air-conditioning, which helps a lot. We traveled with our little caramel dog, she also felt at home and loved the stay. As it has an outdoor area, it is ideal for pets. We plan to come back more often!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Mel’s place. The home is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make our own juices using the blender. We did walk to the beach which is a 35 minutes descent and a more challenging ascent back but feasible. The waterfalls were a fun adventure and close to the house. Mel was very responsive and helpful. The bath was a great feature and we also enjoyed laying in the hammocks!

Wonderful cottage, very helpful and kind hostess. Easy access to the city of Paraty! A complete house, perfect for resting and spending pleasant moments. We love the place so much!

We were very well received by Dona Sônia ! VIP House, identical with the photos of the app , my family and I were in love with the House and the space! Location near the waterfalls and close to the historical center! As soon as possible God willing we will return , a place of quiet and peace ! 🙏🏾 Gratitude !

My family and I love the house, super comfortable, the leisure area was also very fruitful, easy access to the historic center. We only miss the microwave and the operation of the air conditioning both in concert, the Wi-Fi inside the house did not have a good network only in the outside area. Other than that was great, I would definitely rent it again.

About the place: with a lot of vegetation in the surroundings, making the temperature of the house and nearby cooler and wetter, but it is very easy to find, there are nearby markets, and it is well located in the north region, the chalet helps a lot those who want to know more about this northern region with the most empty and preserved beaches. About the space: modest space, I imagine that up to 3 people can fit well. about the kitchen: it surprised me with the items and pots that helped me in my long stay, there is even a pressure cooker. About the room: very spacious, with a very good table and ceiling fan. Considering all this and the price I paid, I was very satisfied, and it is worth mentioning that it is a humble place for those who like NATURE, this includes some insects and mosquitoes, nothing that a repellent can not handle! I only have positive things to say, starting with Mr. Luiz who gave us all the assistance we need is the friendliness in person. The house accommodates about 9 people and is very close to a waterfall. We received some frequent visits from the neighboring chickens and from a super friendly dog that we call Carlão kkkkkk. We'll be back soon!!

The hosting was amazing! Very quiet, the house met us super well! Angelica was very friendly and helpful! And welcomed us very well, the waterfall next to each was the icing of the cake

Casa is beautiful, cozy and huge (bigger than the impression it gives in the photos), it has behaved very well for everyone. All bedrooms have a bathroom, which is important for group travel and the kitchen is well equipped. Strategic location, between Cunha and Paraty, which allows for several tours. There's just no market nearby, so you need to get to one of the cities or get ready before the trip. I was very well served and received.

The cottage is charming! Super Comfortable bed, small kitchen, but catering for quick meals! For us, the strong point is a view of the mountains of the mountains of the sea... simply incredible, and there was a nice arrangement of flowers in the chale (bamboo orchidea). To see that they are very well aware of the space, the landscaping of the property is beautiful. To be in the midst of nature, it is good to take repellent, the pernilongs make the party. We had a power outage in 2 nights, but Ursula had already warned us (we are far from the center), on the first night a heavy rain ended around 9 p.m., and returned at dawn. Your sister-in-law brought some candles.. There's a pond with ducks they are docile and wait for food, rsrsrs. It was an amazing experience, Ursula responds quickly, it was all quiet!

This was propably one of the amazing stays we had since the beginning of our travel. The house was neat and clean and felt so cosy. The waterfall was a huge bonus for our family as we spent all of our time in the water.

I will definitely stay in the same location again. clean, spacious, comfortable, well located environment (few minutes by car/motorcycle from downtown Trindade and Paraty). Extremely safe and quiet place, for those who seek peace and quiet will certainly not regret it. Vando (owner) is without comment... super helpful, friendly, helpful and polite... I made this motorcycle trip with his wife to have time alone in a quiet place, to enjoy the day (beaches and waterfalls), and that we could have a quiet night in a quiet place... and that's exactly what I found. i will definitely return at the next opportunity. I recommend it.

The people who manage the accommodation, who are nearby, are very attentive, always available. The accommodation is secluded and therefore ideal for people seeking tranquility. If you like nature you will have the view of the hills, the song of the birds, the managers' dog who is very affectionate, with the possibility of making a fire in the fireplace to warm up a cooler evening. It's a really relaxing area 15 minutes from the center of Paraty with its many activities to do and beautiful beaches.
