Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

The only shared areas are the swimming pool and garage (1 space) For those coming by bus, the bus station is nearby. The kitnet is on the 2nd floor, accessed via a Santo Dumont-style wooden staircase

Curta uma experiência neste lugar super aconchegante e bem localizado. O apartamento fica a 5 minutos de caminhada do Centro Histórico, pela rua principal de Paraty. O local é super charmoso e muito bem equipado, com cozinha bem montada, telão de projeção articulado, jogo de luzes romântico e a bancada com iluminação embutida. O apartamento fica no segundo andar de um pequeno prédio, apenas 1 lance de escada, mas a poucos passos do centro urbano de Paraty e 500m do centro histórico.
