Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Lovely loft in Paraty

Enjoy an experience in this super cozy and well-located place. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Historic Center, along the main street of Paraty. The place is super charming and very well equipped, with a well-assembled kitchen, articulated projection screen, romantic lighting set and the countertop with built-in lighting. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building, just 1 flight of stairs, but a few steps from the urban center of Paraty and 500m from the historic center.

Golfinho vivendas do mar flat beach and city center

Flat Golfinho, a nice little place. For those of you who will come to Paraty with your family or friends, I have the best option for your stay. Complete apartment with all the necessary infrastructure for a good reservation. Walk around the city. We are 350 meters from Jabaquara Beach, close to a grocery store, bar, restaurants, snack bars and general commerce. Vivendas do Mar is very close to the historic center, about a 20-minute walk. Come be happy!
