Loft apartment with ocean view, overlooking Lagoa do Meio on a family friendy and safe neighborhood. With panoramic views of the bay, the place is magical and perfectly located! Ideal for couples and children over 12. Consult the conditions for younger children; pets are not allowed. We are a 3-min walk from the center: markets, restaurants, bars, and a 5-min walk from the beach via the beautiful trail that descends from Caminho do Rei. You won't need a car to reach these places. Our space is designed for our guests. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

Category corresponds to Suites C and D as shown in the photos, with no guarantee of a specific unit. Charming suites with: Split air conditioning, king size bed, whirlpool bathtub, minibar and Egyptian cotton bathrobes. Small kitchen, with Cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle and sandwich maker in the accommodations! We do not allow loud noise and racket in our space. Sound inside the accommodations only at low volume that does not disturb other guests and silence after 10 pm.

Fica próximo à Praia do Rosa Norte (aproximadamente 15 minutos a pé) e a apenas 3 a 5 minutos de caminhada do centrinho. Você vai amar o espaço pela excelente localização, pelo ambiente tranquilo e reservado, e pela proximidade de tudo: mercados, farmácias, bares, restaurantes e lojas. O limite máximo é de até 8 pessoas. Não é permitido som alto nem festas. Respeite o Rosa!
