Beachfront holiday rental in Praia do Sonho

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

It really was a pleasure to stay in the chalet of Airton and Bernardette, the place is really beautiful and connected to nature, everything was very well thought out to spend a few days of disconnection in a magical environment, away the best Airbnb hosts, they are very warm and friendly, they are worried and always pending, I would come back a thousand times and I would recommend them to everyone, it is very private and you can see an infinity of fauna. Thank you for everything, I definitely hope you in Chile ♥️

I had a great stay in this lovely bungalow in Pântano do Sul. The location is fantastic – just a five-metre walk to the beach, yet set back enough to feel quiet and private. It’s a perfect base for hikes to Lagoinha do Leste and the southern tip of the island. The place was clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated – I especially loved the hammock. It was a pleasure to spend time on the beach watching the fishermen and surfers. Milena was a friendly, communicative, and flexible host. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful, all clean and organized. A great variety of dishes, all very well cared for and in good condition. We loved the space, we went with a 2-year-old and he left enchanted. Good communication with the person in charge.

The house is wonderful, beautifully decorated, super comfortable, spacious and I realized that it was built with children in mind. Before accessing the stairs, there are doors that we can keep closed for safety, and there is also an “art corner” in a small house on the upper floor (outside). The host is super friendly, nice and very helpful. If you have any problems, just send a message and she'll respond quickly and try to resolve them as soon as possible. I spent very special moments with my family and I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone!

The house is exuberant, as is the ad! Very available host, solicitous. A true immersion with nature! Spectacular view! We leave only an addendum for those traveling with children, as there is a need for constant monitoring due to the house being on the second floor, due to the risk of falling on the stairs and in the pool itself. Now, if the trip goes for two, we highly recommend!

Excellent cost-benefit option for those who want to stay in a location with great access to the mainland in Florianópolis

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

A luxury, private, beautiful landscape and access with guest facial recognition (configured at check-in). The place has many amenities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, umbrella, grill (we did not use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives you surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and very good air conditioning.

We stayed in a super cozy studio, well decorated and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you can do everything on foot and the beach is beautiful! The condominium is quiet, has a great vibe and excellent structure. We would definitely come back!

The weekend was great, the house was simple but very clean and organized, it was exactly what I was looking for, meeting my expectations, a dead-end street with almost no movement, very close to the beach, and a market nearby.

It was a great experience, we went with family, we loved it from start to finish! we will be back!

My family was very well received by Junior and Rúbia!!! We were accommodated on the ground floor of the front house, with 3 bedrooms, being 1 suite. 2 Dormitórios have air conditioning. The environment was extremely clean and organized. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake. The swimming pool has a heating system. The house is well equipped and close to the beach.

We were made to feel very welcome in the apartment, an extremely attentive and helpful broker. The photos exactly match the location and we love the fact that there is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room. The beach is beautiful, quiet and is very close to other beaches, such as Guarda do Embaú, Pinheira and Garopaba. Apt well located and close to restaurants and supermarket. Highly recommend :)

Mariane was always very kind, attentive and agile in all interactions. I felt like I was at my parents' beach house: welcomed, comfortable, safe and completely at ease. It is good to remember that, now in the cold, the place is naturally more focused on the summer. But if you like to have a good drink, cook with a breathtaking view, feel the peace and quiet around you, and walk in the cold with the feeling that the beach is all yours... I highly recommend it... d++++ really! I prepared a beautiful lasagna, pizza and a Bolognese pasta there. The kitchen is 100% functional and complete, perfect for those who like to cook! For those looking for a premium place and love the beach in the summer, then yes: you will be in a real 5-star. Simply GOAT. Tip for those going in winter: Take a shower during the day, the water comes out hotter!

The apartment is for those who want to enjoy the quiet and rest, those who like to make food and have something more family or romantic, the kitchen does not have air-conditioning, (it is written in the listing) but depending on the day there is a lot of wind, and ends up easing the heat. We arrived and the room was already fresh with the air on, it had cold water too. A nice place for children too, with little fish by the sea, and very quiet waves... It has a village nearby, with a very good restaurant, and the place is very nice to stay.... There is market on the way, pharmacy was harder to find, breakfast has few as well, and some were closed... Well-loved and helpful hosts, highlighted by the manager Elias, who was an exceptional guy, very dedicated and helpful to help in whatever it was necessary! Dearest Staff!
