Beautiful place! Luxury cover, beautiful view, decoration of the first apartment, highlight the bed linen that was impeccable and in all bathrooms with liquid soap,shampoo and quality conditioner. A balcony with barbecue with a hard to describe view of so beautiful is a wine cellar full of high quality wines. Another special point was the receptivity of Hostã Yasmim and her husband who was excellent where he presented the whole apartment to us. Certainly when I return to Guarapari I will be there again

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

Impeccable accommodation! The penthouse is even more beautiful than in the photos — spacious, super well decorated, with new and tasteful furniture in every room. The view is simply incredible, you can enjoy both the indoor area and the balcony. The leisure area is a show in itself: a delicious jacuzzi, a super cozy sauna and a barbecue with a brewery in the outdoor area that made everything even more complete. Perfect for enjoying good times with friends or family. The kitchen is super equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing, and the laundry was super useful during the stay. The rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning, ensuring quiet nights as if we were at home. And the location couldn't be better — close to everything and in a quiet area. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

Jussara is an excellent hostess, super helpful and a great education. The apartment is excellent, with plenty of space, well ventilated, appliances and electronics available, all very clean, organized and the main one is very well located, close to everything. Super recommend, I'll be back with my family for sure.

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! Cynthia was helpful at all times, recommended places to visit, made our check-in more flexible and we were able to negotiate the check-out to leave later. The house comfortably accommodated 7 people, it is possible to walk to the market and also to Itaparica beach. In addition, the tourist spots of Vila Velha, such as the lighthouse and the convent, are easily accessible by Uber. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need for your stay, the bed linen and towels are good and the living room is very spacious. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard.
