The house is comfortable and cozy, with a balcony overlooking the sea, and an incredible view of the north bay of the island of Florianópolis, and the municipality of Governador Celso Ramos. The private area has more than 2,000m² of lawns, rocks and stunning native vegetation. It has a private beach and also the Henrique Costa beach, which is accessible. We are located in an APA, an Environmental Protection Area.
