Luis was not in Floripa but he left everything right with an explanatory video of how we would enter the apartment and made available together with Andrea his assistance that is pure sympathy, we feel at home, apartment with its suites plus one bathroom we were very comfortable, wide balcony, well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, large refrigerator, laundry with lava and drought we do not need to use but there is a very comfortable apartment all new, there is a sea block, with restaurants, cafeterias and nearby markets, a fantastic heated pool on the last floor, it was very worth our stay,thanks.

It is situated in the most upscale neighborhood of Florianopolis, super safe and wonderful. The apartment is located in a Resort, beautiful, foot in the sand. Highly recommended! Fabio's place was perfect and exactly as described in his Airbnb. It is walking distance from the beach and from a couple of big clubs. The beds are comfortable and clean and the apartment was very pretty.

Amazing stay at Jordana's house. We were 6 people living in the apartment, and super comfortable! Each room with its bathroom, the very spacious living room and the super equipped kitchen! The terrace, the best of the apartment. The area is a pleasure, very well located, about 750 meters from Jurere beach, which is one of the ones we liked the most! Giant supermarket 2 blocks away, and plenty of restaurants to eat. Respect of Jordana, of a kindness that is not found! Always attentive, predisposed, loving. We asked if she had a few lounge chairs, and in the afternoon I had already left them in the apartment. Excellent treatment! I 100% recommend staying in Jordana's apartment, a pleasure!

The whole stay was excellent. The apartment is perfect for the number of people we were and everything was super comfortable and completely against. As described or better. In reference to the complex: everything super quality, but it had too many restrictions what made the stay perhaps not quite pleasant due to the treatment of the workers of the complex. They always let you know that you were a visitor… you never finished feeling comfortable.

Excellent experience!! The divine apartment, the same or better than the photos. I didn't imagine that the privacy of both rooms was going to be so good. Direct access to the beach, a luxury. Don't hesitate to stay, it worth it.
