Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

The place is very warm. Every detail of the decoration matched perfectly with our personal tastes, which made us feel at home. Everything was clean and well cared for, with all the equipment and structure necessary for a comfortable stay. The checkin was simple and practical, through a password vault, which made our arrival a lot easier. Even though it is a condominium with several houses side by side, we almost hear noises from the neighbors. The location is also excellent: at the end of the street we were already on the beach! We stayed close to the feirinha and several shops, and even though it was a quieter street, we felt safe throughout the stay. One of the nights, the shower stopped warming, but the hostess was super attentive and responded quickly. It was only the circuit breaker that had disarmed, solved in a few minutes. An extra point was to have beach chairs and parasol for use to make the most of the days there. Without a doubt, we will return and recommend it.

My husband, my dogs and I love the house! It was a wonderful time! The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos, and it's even more spacious than it appears in the listing. The furniture, appliances and utensils are of quality, all very clean and well cared for. Plenty of comfort and convenience. The location is perfect, super close to the beach with great kiosks, close to restaurants, shopping and commerce in general. We did everything on foot. Quiet street, safe place, we walk at night without worry. The condominium is very beautiful, well maintained, the garden is beautiful. The backyard of the house was our favorite place, the dogs could play freely, the morning sun is great. Paola is super kind, responds quickly, very pleasant and attentive. André (the caretaker), who welcomed us, was also very kind and friendly, and was always available. We'll be back soon!

Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural environment. We moved by car and the distances were accessible: both the center and other beaches were about 15 or 20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We will definitely be back.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable through and through. Thank you Mirtes!
