We felt very comfortable since we arrived, the apartment is impeccable. The area where it is located is very comfortable since from there we mobilized very well both on foot and by car. We love it! We will definitely be back to this place.

Gislaine's house is very comfortable and has all the necessary elements for a good stay. The kitchen is very complete if you like to cook. The bathrooms are small but the water always comes out beautiful and they are very nice. The rooms are very comfortable. And the terrace is a beautiful place to have breakfast while enjoying the sea. Gislaine is a very considerate and attentive host. Thank you Gislaine! We had a great time at your home!

We were very well received by Mr. Luís and Maurício's service was impeccable before, during and after the stay. Our experience at his house was amazing. The environment is very complete and cozy, exactly as described. The only detail that could improve is the mattress of the double bed, but overall everything was very pleasant, clean and well organized. The location is excellent, one of the best I've ever stayed in Peró. We were able to do everything on foot, from the beach to restaurants, markets, pharmacy and bakery. We will definitely return more often!

The place is magical! Direct contact with nature and peace! It is a few minutes from the city, in a charming place, much better than in the photos. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing an insecticide couldn't solve. The hosts are wonderful and super attentive. We really liked it and we intend to return to this paradise! Viviane was very kind, she responded quickly. Excellent value for money accommodation, has a coffee maker, Airfryer, 2-burner stove, a refrigerator that freezes a lot. The location is facing Peró beach. The condominium's employees are very polite and helpful. The place is gorgeous. Close to the mall, bakeries, hamburger trailer, açaí, market. Uber arrives quickly. And for those who don't drive, you can do everything on foot there. The beach of shells is a few meters away, walking on the sand. It is well worth it.

Beautifully cared for apartment and it is exactly as in the pictures. In addition, the kitchen is quite complete. Not to mention that it is very close to the best entrance to the beach, if you want to go to the bathroom or pick something up at the Ap, it's pretty quick! Another positive point: it is facing a fair with good food and fun for children at night. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Market for quick shopping in front of the apartment. Apartment balcony makes it well ventilated, clear and comfortable. Finally, we had a great experience with the apartment and the availability of Ceiça. It's worth the investment for everything the apartment offers.

Great place with a lot of space for family. Everything is very well organized and beautiful. One of the best places to stay in Arraial do Cabo. I'll come back other times.

We stayed at Danielle's apartment for a month and we loved it. The apartment is modern, well equipped, modern and comfortable with everything you need for a long term stay, including a kitchen with all the amenities you'd expect in your own home. The wifi was also reliable. The location is great, just a short 5 minute stroll to a lovely white sand beach and there are shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and supermarkets all on your doorstop. We are so pleased we chose to stay at Danielle's as she is an outstanding host. Kind, friendly, very well organised and really goes out of her way to make her guest stay a memorable one. Whilst Danielle lives 3 hours from the apartment, she is always quick to respond to messages and her family and Mauro ( who takes care of the apartments day to day) are there to help you with anything you might need help with. Danielle owns a number of apartment in the area and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of them as you will feel right at home.

tranquil and delicious stay! house is located a few meters from Caravelas beach that lies within one of the largest Brazil pau reserves in Rio. under-explored beach,clean and with structure( restaurant) and some stalls . Little bustling and calm region! Clean and very spacious home!

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

The apartment is excellent, you can get to store the car in the garage and simply walk to the beach from the fortress to the restaurants, only remove the car to go to the long beaches. Cozy apartment I felt at home, all the instructions about the apartment were very clear and my stay was excellent for sure I will come back more often.

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes Check-in and Check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). The living room has a TV, and the balcony has a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

Paula, the hostess, was extremely welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us the place, which is wonderful. I loved meeting her, I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The apartment is very well equipped and well located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I will definitely be back.

Everything was very good, only on one Saturday there was a little noise due to the high flow of vehicles, but everything was excellent, close to everything, the place was very nice, we would return with my family.
