Spectacular accommodation with a beautiful view, especially at sunset. Super comfortable apartment and quite complete with all the necessary utensils, impeccable bedding, super comfortable mattresses and everything clean and fragrant. Thalita passed on all the information clearly and it was super easy to find the place and check in. My family and I had an amazing time there and we hope to return soon. We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

excellent, tv in eaxh room and living room big tv. the only think that will make outstanding is if pool will be heeated, since we pay electricity its ok. everything very good

The apartment is located in an exclusive condominium on the side of Arraial, at a perfect distance to enjoy everything the city has to offer and unforgettable panoramic views. The apartment is very comfortable, everything is top quality, everything is very well thought out and organized. We enjoy each apartment, each one offering a very pleasant atmosphere. The top floor is really a gem to enjoy full evenings. The pool is very clean and everything is very well maintained. Excellent communication and a lot of concern at all times from the owner and the person in charge of the place. Thank you so much for such beautiful memories!!

Our stay in Arraial do Cabo was absolutely perfect! The apartment was beautiful—clean, spacious, and very safe. It’s located right on the water with stunning views and even has a private entrance to the beach, which made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was flexible with our check-in time, which we really appreciated. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. An incredible place, we were received in a sensational way, everything was clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny paid.

This was the most fantastic house I've ever stayed in. The structure of the house and its design are impressive. I'm sure this house has everything we need to have a complete experience. The owners also made all the difference to make the experience even more satisfying. I am immensely grateful for the support throughout the period we were staying and before the trip as well, providing important information and making the entire check-in process work perfectly. We are already looking for a next date to return.

The house and setting are more breathtaking than the photos allow to show. I've been to Buzios several times and this was definitely the best choice.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the center, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

Iphigenia's house is just like the photos. It has everything you need for a beautiful stay, even a small refrigerator to take to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, it has a market and bakery one block from the place. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again!

My husband, my dogs and I love the house! It was a wonderful time! The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos, and it's even more spacious than it appears in the listing. The furniture, appliances and utensils are of quality, all very clean and well cared for. Plenty of comfort and convenience. The location is perfect, super close to the beach with great kiosks, close to restaurants, shopping and commerce in general. We did everything on foot. Quiet street, safe place, we walk at night without worry. The condominium is very beautiful, well maintained, the garden is beautiful. The backyard of the house was our favorite place, the dogs could play freely, the morning sun is great. Paola is super kind, responds quickly, very pleasant and attentive. André (the caretaker), who welcomed us, was also very kind and friendly, and was always available. We'll be back soon!

Really nice place that matches the pictures. A bit of an adventure get up the roads but we'll worth it also very secure. Great grill and accessories in the kitchen. One minor note, we got back late one afternoon and had fresh fish to cook and decided to use the small oven. The temp only goes to 200 degrees and we didn't notice until we started cooking it - so took a long time. It would have been better on the grill. I would definitely stay there again.

The wonderful place, identical to the photos in the ad, everything very tidy and clean, the only issue we had was when we arrived that the air controls had no battery and just above the apartment they were doing construction work. You have to consider that the place is far from the center of Buzios, so if you don't go by car, Uber trips (which do arrive at the Airbnb) are more than 25 minutes. But everything else was wonderful, the place had a small market with basic things in case you were missing something. I'd be happy to come back

Patrícia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived very late, Patrícia gave us two more bonus hours to check out to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!

The stay was excellent! The hostess was extremely kind and attentive at all times. Ana Paula, who received us at check-in and took care of the cleaning, was also super friendly and helpful. The house is great, very comfortable and with everything we needed to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, literally on the side of the beach. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
