Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia Tróia Mar

Unser Aufenthalt bei José war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und der Ausblick auf die Pferdewiese einfach traumhaft. Besonders gefallen hat uns der liebevoll zusammengestellte Frühstückskorb am Morgen – eine tolle Geste! Auch das Mithelfen beim Füttern der Tiere war ein echtes Highlight, vor allem für Naturliebhaber. Die Möglichkeit, kleine Wanderungen über Pferde- und Kuhwiesen zu unternehmen, hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind!

Conforme à l’annonce, encore mieux que sur les photos ! L’accueil est impeccable, merci aux hôtes. La suite est spacieuse, ne manque de rien en terme d’équipements et tout est propre. Très reposant, la vue est belle et la plage à côté est magnifique.

One of my favourite AirBnBs I've stayed in!! Joao was extremely responsive and helpful, the house is even better than depicted, everything was perfectly clean and brilliant for a big group. the bathrooms and bedrooms especially all felt clean and modern, and the pool was just lovely. great to have privacy yet be so close to the city center! I honsetly couldn't reccomend this place more 🙏 Thank you for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed staying at this house.The decor is beautiful—stylish but still super cozy—and you can tell a lot of thought was put into how the space is set up. The beds were comfy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area. Having both a barbecue and a fire pit made it perfect for spending evenings outside, grilling food, chatting, and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better,just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Comporta, and close to amazing restaurants. Guillerme was a fantastic host. He gave us super clear instructions before check-in, shared great local recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions, which made the experience even better.

Paula was amazing, so helpful, went over and beyond to help us and provide us with lots of info. So friendly, offered to book restaurants for us etc The house is fabulous better than the pictures for location and peacefulness . Swimming pool was lovely all the outside sofas. The view of the mountains was just wonderful. You need a car to drive to village, best village is azetitio, lovely restaurants and shops. Great local cafe and very reasonable compared to london prices. We drove to different places and different beaches. Loved Lisbon 44 mins away. Cascais was a pretty town but too touristy. Comporta was amazing, super special, wonderful place to eat and unusual shops. We drove to it 1hour but you. A get a ferry from Setabul €35 for three people. Thank you Paula for a great stay.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien eine Woche in Daniel's Haus verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus und Grundstück sind nicht nur groß, sondern auch schon eingerichtet bzw. angelegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und mit beheiztem Pool, neuem Kicker, Yogamatten, der Tischtennisplatte und dem Grill gibt es auch ohne Ausflüge viel zu tun. Aber angesichts der schönen, ruhigen Natur (ab und zu nerven das Hundegebell etwas) in unmittelbarer Umgebung und den vielseitigen Strände (im Westen mit Wellen, bei Sesimbra ruhig karibisch, allerdings kalt:-)) wäre es schade, auf Ausflüge zu verzichten. Man braucht allerdings einen Mietwagen und Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind etwas weiter weg (bis den den kleinen Shop im Ort, der Essentials anbietet). Wir würden das Haus definitiv nochmal buchen.

Had a wonderful vacation at Rose’s place! Enjoyed the pool and location. Rose responded immediately when we had questions. I would visit again if I ever am ever back in Lisbon.

Prez est un excellent hôte. Il a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le logement et nous donné une multitude de recommandations locales et touristiques. Nous avons aussi adoré la piscine pour les journée chaude. Tranquille avec beaucoup de chaise et très refraichissante Un peu plus éloigné du centre mais seulement à 20 min à pied de l’arrêt des bus touristique. Je recommande à tous !

We stayed 11 days with our kids. Age 9.6.4.1. The baby was in our room with the crib and the 3 in the other bedroom. Worked out great. Large entertainment room. The kids loved the Lego (I’m sure it will be found by future guests in random spots). We loved walking from our place to the coast. Close to good grocery stores. Lots of park days. Pool was amazing. Great for my 1 year old to scoot around the shallow part.

Natacha’s apartment was a wonderful base for our time in Lisbon. The apartment is so well stocked - we travelled with our 15m old and there was a high chair, baby bath and even cutlery for her. The flat itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable and we found it quiet even though there were some building works going on across the street. The pool area was absolutely fantastic and an extra bonus was the underground parking. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially those with children. Thanks Natacha for being so kind and helpful during our stay!

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

a beautiful location, and there are some very nice cats who live around the town. One nice feature of the building as well is the little garden on the 7th floor.

Lovely stay. Sonia met us on arrival And was very helpful checking us in. Apartment had a lovely view. Was a steep walk back from the beach but we didn’t mind this but just keep in mind. There are some great restaurants near by. We reccomend tacos pexito for a chilled lunch, and Casa Mateus or O bagel for dinner. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks

This beautiful penthouse property was more than just a luxurious place for me to stay during my May 2025 visit to Cascais. It was my home away from home, and our warm and attentive hostess made it so. Our penthouse apartment was lovingly maintained, comfortable, and situated in walking distance to everything we wanted to be close to. For us, it was less than a ten minute stroll to beaches, transportation, ocean front restaurants, and the old city center. There is even a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away should traveling to one of the best coastal towns in all of Portugal to do your own cooking sound perfect to you. But, I expect that with all of the great dining options in and around town and this apartment, and with world class dining in Lisbon being only a thirty minute or so train ride away, you will end up just shopping for a great bottle of Portuguese wine to sip on the comfortable and spacious terrace that overlooks the ocean in this very fine accommodation.

Bernardo and Maria's place was a perfect getaway for ours girls trip. It was peaceful and spacious and we could get into the centre of Lisbon easily with Ubers. The pool was amazing and was a big highlight of our stay! Great sized rooms and bathrooms, lovely patio, really suitable for a group holiday, would highly recommend!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations! This is the first Air BnB I have stayed in where the rooms are even nicer than the pics! We stayed here with our adult children for 8 days and absolutely loved it! The property is nicer than some 5 star resorts we have stayed in. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet! Rui and Teresa greeted us upon arrival and were responsive anytime we had questions. There were restaurants within walking distance but also Ubers and Bolts were plentiful and inexpensive. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Rui and Teresa!

We had an incredible stay at Susan's property. The former caretakers house was immaculate. Super clean, super comfortable, and included wonderfol amenities. Susan was the perfect hostess and incredibly generous and caring to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool, walking through the fruit trees, and using the BBQ. The property is truly special and we are so grateful we had a chance to stay there and experience it.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We needed somewhere that could accommodate 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children under 3. The house itself was beautiful, very tidy and had so much space. The hosts Ana and Nuno had thought of the children and provided us with cots, high chairs, children’s dinnerware, and even things for the children to play with. The swimming pool was gated off as described. The location felt really private and quiet, with beautiful views of the sea. We were able to walk down to the local shops and beach of Praia das Maçãs, so we didn’t need to hire a car. Ana was so friendly and helpful before and during our stay. We had such a lovely time here, and would love to come back one day.

A great escape from the city with the best view of Lisbon.

The house was perfect for our trip. We had a wedding nearby and we also had family visiting us. It is well equipped with everything we needed. Spacious, beautifully kept. Comfortable beds and nice bath towels. Nice big kitchen. Ana was a pleasure and very responsive. The little village of Praia das Maçãs is adorable, and beautiful beach. Nice restaurants and we loved going to the Mercado to buy food for a big lunch we cooked at the house on our last day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area. And I hope to be back again.

Nuno war unheimlich hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen und verbindlich! Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig und schön eingerichtet! Auch war Nuno unheimlich hilfsbereit und unterstützend bzlg. Kleinkinder und hat uns Betten und Hochstühle organisiert! Ohne Auto ist es schwierig, weil man zu Fuß weder gut angeschlossen. Einziges Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarn. Vielen Dank Nuno, dass wir Euer Haus nutzen durften!

We loved this home!! It was the end of our two week adventure and it was a perfect way to relax before we headed home. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. The local grocery store had everything for us to cook at home. The store clerk also gave us a ride home after we realized we over bought to walk back home. We enjoyed the pool and peaceful atmosphere. We even walked the boardwalk one afternoon to Cascais. Bernardo and Maria were wonderful hosts. They responded to us and answered a few questions. We are planning to come back to this property!
