Bring the whole family and friends to this great place with plenty of room to enjoy, large house with private heated pool, pool table, sound system, gas barbecue, 2 full kitchens, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, living room, 3 bathrooms, toilet, laundry room…. Family atmosphere, very quiet area, 300 meters from the sea at Ubatuba beach. Note: There are 3 properties on the same plot of land, this being the main one, but all are individual, only the access gate is shared.
