Marcelo is an excellent host, he kindly served us every time we request. The space is excellent, well ventilated and with all necessary utensils for a good stay on the beach. The only negative point was the mattress of one of the rooms that is of springs and very uncomfortable, the most we were satisfied with the whole stay.

I and my family stayed in Marisa's accommodation and had a great experience. Check in Flexible, Marisa always responded quickly and suggested places to visit. Great location, beaches and restaurants nearby and market in the same building. We love it!

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

Great location! The apartment is ideal for up to 6 people. It was clean, with a large, well-ventilated window. Strengths: Awesome area; Great value It has several crockery. Negative point: The air conditioning is only in one of the rooms, it is noisy and does not serve the entire apartment; Tip: Bring bed linen and, if possible, an extra fan.

Maria Vitoria is a very friendly and helpful host. Always willing and always attentive and quick to communicate. The house is perfect to spend a few days in Prainha, which in my opinion is the best beach in town. It has a small coastal avenue with bars and restaurants. The house is extremely well-equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. The rooms have air conditioning and there is also a washing machine, which is essential for us. The house's land is shared with another property, where Antonia, Maria Victoria's aunt, lives. In our case, she helped us and also left us alone knowing that. Edina was none other than the owner of the property.

The house is impeccable, very comfortable, Welington and Helida are very friendly and always available, and we are very grateful for the stay they offered us

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! We will definitely return to this paradise, thank you Luis and until next time ☺️

Great, spacious and cozy house! Large rooms, excellent outdoor area, good location, very quiet place. Great for bringing family, friends and pets. The owner of the house always serving and assisting us when necessary! We highly recommend it!

House on the sand as described; easy access and great location. Grocery stores, pharmacies and bakery in the neighborhood, within a 300m radius.

Sra Silvia, very accessible, requests .. explained details of the house.. great stay, we spent family moments in her home, of excellent quality, well air-conditioned, well divided offices.. and boned us with daily departure, for the sake of traffic. Without words.. super recommend. God bless.
