Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Prairie Village

My friend and I traveled to the area for work and loved this location. This rental was extremely well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout included snacks, quality linens, and clean comfortable furnishings. We loved having so much room to have our own privacy and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying at this rental.

We stayed at this house for our kids spring break and we were pleased. Location was perfect to explore the sites and go to the T-Mobile center for a basketball game. Our two dogs loved it as well. Perfect quiet fenced in yard for our pups. Thank you!

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. Such a lovely home! Gorgeous backyard with a modern deck and outdoor furniture. We sat out there and watched the fireflies in the evening. Magical!

Melissa was a great host, so responsive and helpful. The updates to the home were great and we loved having the fenced in backyard for our 3 yr old to run around in. It felt like they splurged on mattresses and linens because it was one of the most comfortable sleeping situation for an Airbnb I've ever had. Super cozy space. It was very well stocked, and communication with Katrin was great. It's in a pretty suburban area but not too difficult to get to downtown KC from. We had a great experience.

Savannah was a great host. She made sure everything was to our expectations and asked if we needed anything. Great response time if we had any questions or trouble with anything. Definitely recommend her place! 10/10!

Jaymi's Airbnb was a great place to stay during my vacation in Kansas City. It’s located in a safe area and a quick drive to restaurants, bars, and other activities. The home was very clean, the AC worked perfectly, and I had everything I needed during my stay. Would recommend!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Take a step back in time with all the luxuries of today. It is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. A really different atmosphere that was fun to stay in.

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this basement apartment. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a country setting but not far from the city. Hosts were very nice. We would stay again if we are in the area!

My wife and I came into town for a music festival and Twin Cedars was perfect for us to stay nearby. The site is beautiful and secluded while being very close to many things to do. The space was spotless and very welcoming. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable, as well. Jodi and Brandon communicated clearly and instructions were very easy to understand. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

Melanie was great and helpful to any questions we had! Check in was smooth! A little difficult to locate certain unit, but once found it was easy to access! Good privacy and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We would return if in the area! Perfect for small group travels.

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!
