Holiday apartment in the old captain's house, with carport and about 800 m from the water. Furniture on the terrace is covered. Two more people could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room if necessary. Both bedrooms are located in the respective attic, accessible via stairs, so unfortunately not suitable for people with disabilities. The contact person is directly on site, who has a very nice dog on a leash with its own area. Final cleaning €100 on site. Have fun with the whole family in this stylish home

In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Und die Gäste genießen das Feuer im Kamin. Hier erleben Sie Erholung pur. Trotzdem können Sie viel unternehmen. Plön, Kiel und Lübeck sind nicht weit. Auch ein See zum Baden und mit Wasserski ist in der Nähe. Ebenso ein Golfplatz und Minigolf. Kleinkunst + Kabarett gibt es im Nachbardorf Lutterbeck.

In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace.
