Das Krähenholz und das Eidertal liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Kiel (12 km) kann man mit dem Bus, dem Zug oder dem Auto bequem erreichen. Zur Ostsee fährt man 30 Min. mit dem Auto.

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. We rent a cozy, vacation cottage close to Lake Selent, in the middle of one of the most beautiful vacation regions of Schleswig-Holstein. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in a large garden with an orchard and has its own terrace.
