The comfortable and renovated 60 m2 detached house has reversible air conditioning, a terrace and a private garden. LOFT "Corps de Gardes" XIVe 70m² Historic heart

A guardhouse from the 14th (1390) Middle Ages, the 70 m² loft is located on the 1st floor (quiet alley in the historic center). Former captains' dwelling protecting one of the gates of the ramparts of Sarlat. Period architectural elements: ribs, sink, fireplace. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.
