This apartment is one of a kind. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and has panoramic views of the entire city of Florence. We were able to have our coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. Moreover Matteo, provided water, beer and a complementary bottle of Tuscan white wine which we had in the evening while watching a sunset. Matteo was very helpful and extremely flexible, especially during check-in. He provided us with fun facts not only about the apartment but the city as well. Everything is centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere when sightseeing. Highly recommend!

The apartment is only a 3-minute walk from the train station, and it takes only 5 minutes to go to SMN train station, with many trains.The apartment is very tidy, no noise at night, Patrizia is really a very kind host, warmly welcomed me, and recommended me a lot of places, I will choose to stay here next time I come to Florence!

The apartment is located in an old Tuscan villa, which has been beautifully and authentically preserved. The apartment is on the second floor, and we received a very warm welcome from Sarah. She gave us a briefing and many useful tips, all of which are documented in a folder. The apartment has everything you need. We just didn't imagine the bathroom to be as small as it actually was. Two people definitely wouldn't fit in there, but it was fine for a few days. The tram stop is about a 15-minute walk away, and the center of Florence is about a 20-minute ride away. We felt very safe, even late at night. We would happily recommend this accommodation. Thank you Sarah & Gabriele!

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

Rani was the best host I have dealt with as an AB&B customer. The apartment was spacious, had a great location and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant literally right next door, was excellent. I highly recommend the apartment and most of all the host Thank you Rani!!

Spacious elegant apartment. Beautiful bedroom with comfortable (at least a kingsize) bed and quality bedlinen. Modern spotless bathroom. Spacious kitchen diner with sofa space. All the equipment you need if wanting to cook meals at home. Friendly Host Stefano met us on our arrival and supplied lots of local useful information to enhance our stay. Just a 20 minute walk from the centre but bus and tram options nearby too. Highly recommend .

Lucca has a lot to offer but is also a great location to catch a train and visit many wonderful destinations like Pisa and Cinque Terre.

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

You won't find a better location — you're literally just steps from the Duomo and the main square. Everything is within walking distance, and there's incredible gelato right across the street. We had a great stay; the apartment had everything we needed. Communication was excellent throughout. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence. It's on the third floor, but there's an elevator, which made bringing up our suitcases so much easier

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Beautiful place, true to the photos, discovered in the early morning after Alessandro greeted us with a smile in the middle of the night following problems on the road. The estate is superb, in the heart of nature, next to a golf course. A little further away from the places to visit (small roads), but it's the counterpart to the idyllic setting. Outdoor areas are numerous and pleasant. The pool is quiet, large, well maintained, not very chlorinated and surrounded by trees to have some shade. The apartment is large and typical, a little dark but this helps to keep it cool (thanks to the air conditioning!) The possibility of breakfast at the Golf course ~15 minutes away (pleasant walk) or 10 minutes by car (much more convenient with stroller) is very helpful (Italian type, correct price and setting just as quiet and idyllic) It is also very nice to have condiments available. Numerous mosquitoes despite the mosquito nets (windows, bed)

We enjoyed the garden, which was surprisingly large! Occasionally, someone walks by, but they don't immediately look into the garden. Friendly animals that occasionally come by. In addition, the cottage was equipped with all comforts, a bed that sleeps great and the most beautiful view ever! 🤍 Monica is really the sweetest woman, who warmly welcomes you and shows you the place first! Thank you and we will definitely come back!

What a brilliant stay we had here. Hidden away into the Tuscan countryside, with views as far as the eye can see. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this stunning property. Very attentive hosts, we were greeted at check in and given a tour of the property. The building is shared with the owners, but the apartment has full privacy, with it's own outdoor seating area. The bedroom is a very good size with air conditioning, and it also has a kitchen and bathroom full of character. The gem for us was the infinity pool - all to ourselves and with views of the Tuscan countryside that you see in magazines and didn't quite believe existed. Well they do here. The property is within 10-15 minutes drive of various beautiful towns and villages. We would recommend the town of Vinci and the vineyard tour of Colle Adimari. Florence is 40 minutes roughly, Pisa even less. What more would you want.

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.
