The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

I have furnished every room in detail to make you feel at home, and it is equipped with all amenities, there are two televisions, air conditioners, Wifi, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher, a large terrace with table, chairs and umbrella, for summer evenings.

Welcome!!! Entering Irma's house, there is a closet and coat rack. The bathroom is a little dated. There is a laundry room (shared) €5 per wash including: products, washing machine, drying rack and dryer (in winter). The main room has a loft with a French bed. Steep stairs! You can't stand up on the top. Below is a sofa/bed and TV cabinet. You go into the kitchen, with the gas stove. On the terrace (shared) you can stay on a sofa table, armchairs and hammock (not in winter). Thank you!
