The house has three bedrooms, one of which is in the annex with bathroom and independent access.

Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Our small cottage is located about 1 km from the town center of Tereglio, a small village in the Lucca mountains. The cottage is located under the main road and is surrounded by nature and is accessible with a few steps walking down the road . The cottage has a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom but has a beautiful and huge garden where you can eat, all accompanied by a swimming pool with panoramic views.

Chianti Independent barn

The farm was built from a characteristic 70 square metre stone barn, completely renovated and furnished with antique furniture. Panoramic view of the Chianti hills with breathtaking sunsets. From March 1 to December 31, guests will be required to pay a tourist tax of €2 per person per day. Children up to the age of 14 do not pay.
