Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pratovecchio Stia

We felt very comfortable! Benedetta's family, who live in the houses next door, were very friendly and warm. We had a good conversation and got great tips for the area. The property is also home to a pony and two dogs, who are very friendly and trusting, but also accept boundaries if you don't want them to be - just right! For us it was perfect - relaxing, quiet and in nice company. We definitely recommend this accommodation! ❤️

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

One of the best places we've ever stayed and he explained why: Monia and her daughter Giusy have been very kind, good hosts and respond quickly. We loved the place: perfect for disconnecting and spending time surrounded by nature in a large, clean and comfortable house. In addition, the house was very well stocked, especially the kitchen: they left us many things for breakfast and also for dinner, which was enough for more than one day without having to go shopping at the supermarket! As parents, we also really appreciate that our baby's crib was made of wood, with a mattress and everything, just like at home. It wasn't a travel crib, so it turned out to be super comfortable for our baby. They also had a changing table and high chair, which were great for us. We'll definitely do it again in the future!

My friends & I spent 5 days at Il Casone in May, and what a delight it was. The Villa is both isolated and a short drive to various levels of towns and shops, cafes, and restaurants as needed. And of course a well equipped kitchen to cater for yourself. We were met by Roberta, the hosts father, and had a wonderful introduction and tour of the garden, the history and stories of the house and area, eventually we were allowed inside! It was a great welcome and Roberto was a good help to us many times we had questions the Villa is nicely renovated, farmhouse style and has everything you need it is very clean and good for people, like me, who might have mobility issues as it is all on one level and has wall in showers. While there we did a full day tour of the Chianti region which was great. They picked us up at the Villa and we visited two places to taste and also had lunch - do this! We loved our rural Idyll and would recommend Matteo’s Villa enthusiastically! Thanks Matteo & Robert

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Sonia is an absolute delight. Very communicative and welcoming. Her instructions were very clear and all her photos are accurate. We really were comfortable and slept well. You really do need a car and be ready for driving in country lanes! The drive to her house is long and she is clear you need a car. We definitely can confirm!! The drive into Florence was fairly easy and we took Sonia’s advice and parked where she suggested. Florence is so beautiful and if you’re okay with heat and crowds it is worth the visit. You don’t have to go to Florence though - Sonia’s is a great spot to explore the stunning Tuscan countryside and vineyards! We had a great time.

The country cottage is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

One of the best stays we have ever had! The surrounding landscape and town are picture perfect! The grounds, pool, and accommodations are absolutely fantastic! My wife and I would love to come back if the opportunity ever presents itself again.

Filippo’s space was even better in person. Fairy lights over the bed greeted me upon arrival. I had coffee and tea as well as some brioche for my mornings. The room is beautiful, loved the painted walls. The bed was comfortable and despite the heat outside, it was cool inside.

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Stay well beyond our (already high!) expectations! Emanuela welcomed us in the best way and we immediately felt at home, her textbook hospitality really won us over. She was an impeccable host, always available and very kind. The accommodation is a splendid estate immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those looking for an oasis of tranquility in contact with nature. The photos really don't do justice to the house, which is very spacious, and the beautiful garden.

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I'll keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

We stayed here for three nights. The location is great for visiting the historic center of Arezzo on foot and the area is really very quiet. Being the historic center, you have to park outside because of the ZTL (active at certain times and days) but in 5/10 minutes on foot there are parking areas. Great starting point also for visiting the surroundings, Val di Chiana and Val Tiberina.

We had a great stay here in Florence. It was nice to be close to the train station & it was a short walk to the city center. Communication was wonderful & it was reasonably priced. It was also a nice touch that pastries and water was left for us. Thank you for everything!

the apartment is conveniently located for walking between shops and outdoor activities. Clean place,minimal but not everything you need. Chiara is super responsive and responsive . We had a really good time at 360 degrees

View and food were both amazing. Nice, quite and relaxing. Valentina was very accomdating to an additional guests and gluten free options for both dinner and breakfast.

Cottage surrounded by the green of the hills. Beautiful garden with loungers and tables to enjoy the sun and nature. The owners live next to the house but the location guarantees privacy and tranquility. Both hosts were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The house is technological, modern, super equipped, equipped with all comforts for a great stay. Easy check-in, with hotel-style door opening/closing with electronic paper. Fast WiFi. Just minutes from Cesena by car. Ultimately a super positive experience. Highly recommended.

Staying with Matteo and his family was such a pleasure. Don’t miss out on dinner, Matteo is a fantastic cook and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. I took a beautiful hike straight from the house, and they were super flexible about picking me up from the train station. It was the perfect oasis after the bustle of Firenze. Thanks for everything! For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. It felt like visiting family. The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany.
