Holiday rentals with a patio in Prättigau/Davos District

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Check-in was easy and straightforward. Super flexible check-out!!! We were more than happy! However, a car is needed to get to the surrounding ski resorts.

We had a great weekend at Andreas' apartment. Even in advance, the communication was extremely pleasant and reliable. The apartment is totally beautifully decorated and very cozy, we could have spent the whole weekend there :-) The location in Davos Platz just below the promenade was perfect for us (visiting friends in the neighborhood). Good shopping and great bars within minutes walking distance. Free parking right in front of the house. Everything we needed was there – the coffee machine was the icing on the cake. We will be happy to come back!

This was an adorable place up in the mountains great for a family. It was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were quick to greet us and helped us with our luggage up the stairs-even though it was late at night when we arrived. They were wonderful! And the WiFi was great!

We visited Schmitten in February and stayed for 5 nights. The apartment is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. We had a rental car but Schmitten is accessible also by Postbus. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. There are no restaurants in the walking distance, but only a local grocery store. Perfect place for family vacation, 20 min ride from Lenzerheide-Arosa and Davos ski areas.

An absolute gem in Zernez! This beautiful apartment stole our hearts. It’s incredibly spacious, with tall ceilings and a bright, cozy atmosphere that makes it feel like a dream home. The spectacular views from the windows are breathtaking, with the charming town, nearby river, and gorgeous trails just outside the door. The bathrooms are big and luxurious, and every detail in the apartment reflects so much heart and care. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for exploring nature or simply soaking in the beauty of this quaint, picturesque town. We honestly wish this was our home! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay in the Swiss Alps.

We had a wonderful time with Anne and Rolf. It's a great place to stay with really nice and high quality amenities! Our kids loved the spa area. We used it alone the entire time. The area is very idyllic but still there is a lot nearby to make nice excursions. Anne and Rolf gave us very good and helpful tips! We highly recommend the place is really worth a stay!

An inexpensive small mini apartment best suited for one person with a nice bathroom and an induction hob. Perfect for skiing, hiking, mountain biking... but too small to sit at home and watch TV. If you come to Arosa to stay in the apartment all day, you should go somewhere else, because Arosa is a really fantastic outdoor area high in the mountains. Yannick is also friendly and accessible. The location is perfect to walk anywhere, to get to the restaurants, or just to stroll outside

The apartment is located close to the train station and Parsenn ski area. Very comfortable and quiet with nice views. Chris was an excellent host!

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

This beautiful accommodation offers a lot of space, is centrally located in the middle of the village and leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly appreciated the large seating area, the two balconies and the fantastic view from the bedrooms.

We had a wonderful time at this private house! A very cozy, clean and well-kept place. We particularly liked the sauna and barbecue area – perfect for a stay with friends or family. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a swimming pool nearby where we also had a great time. The hosts are very kind and thoughtful. The apartment is very nice, spacious, cozy, fully furnished and decorated, better than in the pictures. It has all the equipment needed to have meals home if needed, including fondue pot, Nespresso machines, wine glasses... The location is the next to a bus station, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parsenn station is max 10 min walking. In the same road, 5 min walking there also a nice restaurant. We had good time, Mary was very kind and helpful in advising activities and restaurant for out 2 year son, even provided toys and a sledge for him. We got also flexibility on check out as the flat was not booked after us. Fully recommended for a stay in Davos. Thank you.
