Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², SE exposure close to all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Accommodating 2 people, this Savoyard-style studio is fully equipped. American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Comfortable studio, renovated bed, unobstructed view.

I'm next door and I use the studio as an off-season office. I provide everything as in a hotel, towels, linens. The location is perfect. You can get everywhere on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is perfect for relaxing evenings after exercise. By car, easy access by the very clear national road to Megève (10 minutes), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.

Charming 2-room apartment at the foot of the slopes with Wi-Fi

Ideally located at the foot of the slopes and lifts. Access to the Espace Diamant (Praz Flumet Notre Dame and Les Saisies). Many km of slopes are at your disposal. Val d'Arly is ideal for beginners. Free access at the bottom of the slopes for beginners and a very nice sledding track for the little ones. Downtown and amenities 5 min walk, 5 min from Megève by car and 45 min from Chamonix Mont Blanc. Senseo, fondue and raclette sets and table barbecue available.
