The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Fully renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure of walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike route. Village church listed as a historical monument. Visit the wineries with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. A charging station for electric/hybrid cars is available upon request for a fee of €10 per day.

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. Isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to a modern style in the heart of a quiet village typical of Nièvre. this old house is elevated, offering you unobstructed views of the countryside. It is an excellent stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vezelay, Guedelon as well as the Nivernais Canal, through different types of museums. Accept only two animals per reservation.

Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.
