Totally independent apartment located on the ground floor of the house. On the upper floor live the owners but each enjoys its own entrance. Guests have private access and a private terrace. The accommodation is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only common areas are the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. However, the owners, very discreet, leave the access to the swimming pool in priority to the hosts. A fully equipped accommodation, ideal for family holidays in a quiet environment between sea and mountains, very close to Barcelona.The property has a large, beautifully planted garden with swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasol. You will have a private terrace full of beautiful bougainvilleas to enjoy moments of relaxation, dine and chat quietly over a drink. Access to the pool is direct from your terrace and can be closed by a gate for the safety of young children. Similarly, the stairway to the terrace can be closed by a grid. The living room is spacious and bright and is equipped with a large ceiling fan. The large master bedroom has a bathroom en suite with hydromassage shower, large closets, wardrobes and storage.The decoration is neat with especially beautiful paintings. The kitchen is fully equipped, as at home, to cook good meals in comfort. The house is located in Montcabrer district, the most popular of Cabrils for its flower-filled houses, its pine-lined streets, and close to all amenities. Everything is at your fingertips here including the traditional bakery Elias offering the best bread in the area and the tapas bar Espinaler very popular with locals where you can take "vermut", a typical aperitif of Barcelona accompanied by some tapas. You will be able to park your car easily in street, right in front of the house, in complete safety. The beaches of Cabrera and Vilassar are less than 5 minutes by car or bus whose stop is 400 m from the house. Barcelona and Sagrada Familia are only 30 minutes away by car. You can also get to Barcelona very easily by train from Vilassar; A bus will take you to Renfe Station from the stop near the accommodation. Beautiful walks in the mountains of Cabrils will make you discover a panoramic view of the Maresme and Barcelona. A short hike from the house to Burriac Castle on the heights of Cabrils / Cabrera will offer you a breathtaking view of the hinterland and Mataro. You will be able to appreciate the numerous excellent restaurants around; Cabrils is also called "the little gastronomic oasis of the Maresme".And of course, you will enjoy the famous "chiringuitos", restaurants on the beach with a holiday atmosphere par excellence. Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Nice apartment, very functional with a great location in the historic center of Badalona. Cozy studio renovated in an old building. It has everything you need to make you feel at home and to make your stay cozy and comfortable. The accommodation has air conditioning, with equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, heating and a small balcony. The studio is located on the second floor of a house built in 1923, very old and does not have an elevator; access is by slightly narrow stairs. Private entrance with digital code. The studio has a very comfortable bed of 135, a small kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, as well as crockery for two people. It is important to know that the listing has check-in and check-out using electronic codes, so you do not have a concierge service or physical staff at the listing. The electronic door system will allow you to open the doors using a unique code, which will be valid from the day of your arrival until the day of departure. There is no Reception/concierge. No physical staff. You will like to know that the accommodation is located in a very old neighborhood of the city with pedestrian streets and a lot of charm, the neighborhood is quiet; however, we warn that the church bell tower is active and the bells ring every quarter of an hour both during the day and during the night. There is also a school next door open during the week between the months of September to June. Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation (1.75€/person/night). This fee is charged separately via payment gateway or wire transfer.

The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
