Apartment 🏠 rules We welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, slamming doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave earlier, leave the keys on the table and close the door when you leave. Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a charge of €50. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go outside if you need to smoke. 🌍 Saving Energy Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid wasting energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can provide cleaning or extra bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a tax of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) per night, up to 7 nights, which is mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive later, please let us know; there is an additional cost depending on the time. Pay in cash at check-in.
