The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The name Zingsthus is a playful twist on „hus“ or house, as it’s said in northern dialects.

Genieße entspannte Tage in unserer 2025 fertiggestellten, stilvollen Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage von Prerow. Hier sind mehr Fahrräder als Autos unterwegs und dennoch ist alles gut erreichbar. Wiesenau 2 trägt unsere persönliche Handschrift – genau wie das Restaurant Wiesenau unter derselben Anschrift. Alles wird von uns, Tim & Yvi, mit viel Sorgfalt selbst gestaltet und betreut. Parkplätze stehen im Innenhof zur Verfügung.

Maritime and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment (first occupancy 06/20) on the second floor of a 5-party Baltic Sea villa, which has three rooms. There are two free parking spaces right in front of the entrance door. 
The location of the apartment is very central, so you can reach the shopping street with shops, restaurants or bakeries in a few minutes on foot. The beach and sea are also within walking distance.

Westwind Vacation home on the Darß

Our apartment is not only cozy, but also comfortably furnished. It is located in a quiet and at the same time central location not far from the town center and the main beach or the pier. Our guests enjoy the large garden where they can move freely. In front of the apartment there is a car park and a lockable storage facility for bicycles. On the premises there is a sauna which can be used by appointment.

The south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped and additionally has a washing machine.
