Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area and a sofa bed with a square and a half, an open kitchen (oven and freezer), a smart TV, access to a private outdoor area equipped with a table and garden chairs, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom. With an external and separate entrance, there is another double bedroom complete with a bathroom. The property has large common outdoor spaces with another apartment.

It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery and with a 180º view of the enchanting Lake Orta. I am Matteo and I manage this tourist rental.
