Philomène's House

Maison à la campagne et au calme avec un grand jardin et une piscine 6x12 avec un abri , un ping-pong et un préau. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et ses WC, les lits sont faits et il y a les serviettes de toilettes. Dans la cuisine vous avez les équipements classiques et une cafetière filtre et nespresso petite capsules, et un barbecue à gaz en extérieur. Logement lumineux et grand espace extérieur. A proximité des vignobles de Reuilly et Quincy. Bourges est à 20mn et Issoudun est à 15mn.

Charmant et confortable appartement tout équipé avec linge de maison fourni pouvant héberger 4 personnes 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 (+ bébé 👶🏻 ). Double parking privé pouvant accueillir voiture et camion 🚚🚘 ⚠️ Les parties communes à partager sont la piscine et l’aire de jeux.

We also provide the household linen, the necessary to start your stay (toilet paper, oil, sugar, salt, etc ...) cleaning is also included in the service (except kitchen area).

Beautiful castle dating from 1900, located in the heart of Sologne, 2 km from the city center and the train station of the commune of Salbris. This apartment is fully renovated. 60 m2 located on the ground floor. Composed of an entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Large French windows overlooking the vast park and period furniture. The park, with century-old oaks, is ideal for long walks to the Sauldre River.

La Grange: two couples on the first floor + two pers. in the living room: the sofas are beds (toilet with sink) The garden is flowered - garden furniture (tables, chairs, sunbeds with mattresses and umbrellas) Meals often take place outside, under a lighted tree, by bright garlands and a lantern.. Gîte 6 P in the heart of the vineyards

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy the calm and countryside in our cottage located in the middle of the field, away from the road and noise. We renovated part of the buildings of an old farm and created a resting area. A large living room of 40 m2, three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, a corridor that we wanted to keep in the spirit of the time with its natural stone paving.
