Vacation home

Welcome to our stylish vacation apartment – ideal for families, groups, and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

My holiday home in Wendland

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with flexible riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming opportunities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Total size of the property is about 200 m² of living space. 2 large living rooms, 2 large kitchens, 3 bedrooms. Two large bathrooms with shower, whirlpool, vanity, toilet & bidet. Washing machine and dryer. 2x guest toilet. 2x living room with large Flat screen TV. Spacious outdoor terrace with fireplace and fantastic views. The Löcknitz, which runs along the property, invites you to canoe, fish and swim.

Wellness an der Elbe: Trainieren wie im Studio, saunieren wie in Finnland, radeln direkt am Elberadweg: Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus (75–90 m², bis 5 Pers.) hat, was sonst kaum eine Ferienwohnung bietet – ein eigenes, fast rund um die Uhr nutzbares Gym mit Beinpresse, Kabelzug & Hanteln bis 30 kg. Danach: finnische Sauna, Garten, Sternenhimmel. Räder und Kanus mieten, Elbe genießen, im UNESCO-Biosphärenreservat abschalten. Auf halber Strecke Hamburg–Berlin. Gym ab 3 Nächten kostenfrei!

Time out in the forest with an oven and sauna!

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Vacation home "Schwalbenblick"

Unsere erste Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der vorderen Hälfte des ehemaligen Kuhstalls. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine charmante Kücheninsel, der Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie das Badezimmer. Das Doppelbett im oberen Schlafbereich wird durch ein Einzelbett ergänzt, zusätzlich gibt es noch ein bequemes Schlafsofa für zwei (insgesamt 5 Schlafplätze). Unser zweiten Inserat, das Eulennest, befindet sich gleich daneben und kann dazu gebucht werden. Dann ist Platz bis zu 8 Personen.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Natur Nest Nemitz – Living in a converted stable

Our new, charming and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a former stable building of the old farm, just 700 m from the Nemitz Heath. The 60 sqm are divided into a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a bedroom/living room and a beautiful wooden terrace - ideal for couples or solo travelers, suitable for a maximum of 3 people. Wallbox and bicycle shed are provided. On request, 1–2 horses can be accommodated (€20/night) – ideal for unforgettable star rides in great nature.

Relax on the small pony farm

Genießt eine tolle Zeit auf unserem privaten Hof mit unseren Pferden/Ponys. Es stehen euch je nach Gästeanzahl zwei oder drei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, eine kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne zur Verfügung. Von der Terrasse aus habt ihr einen schönen Blick über die Pferdeweide und genießt den Sonnenuntergang. Ich gebe euch gerne Tipps zu Unternehmungen in unserem schönen Wendland. kulturhaus wahrenberg

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl... 

Natur & Sauna am Elbdeich – A Modern Home

Vogelgezwitscher statt Verkehrslärm, die Elbe direkt vor der Haustür und Sonnenuntergänge über den Wiesen: Unser liebevoll saniertes Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf mit nur acht Häusern mitten im Biosphärenreservat Niedersächsische Elbtalaue. Freut euch auf einen großen Garten mit Obstbäumen, Sauna, Feuertonne und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit inmitten der Natur. Ein Ort zum Durchatmen, Abschalten und Ankommen.

Stylish and bright apartment in Wendland

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a beautiful listed half-timbered house from 1840 in a small village. It is spacious and bright and offers beautiful views of the large surrounding garden. We have lovingly furnished the apartment with partly antique furniture and contemporary art on the walls. In the garden, there is a private area for our guests on a meadow under apple trees to sit and relax.
