This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)

We enjoyed our stay at Julien's. It was comfortable and bright with the wall of windows, has a nice view of town, and is convenient for walking around the downtown. Julien also provided some fun recommendations for places to go in town. Would stay again.

We are a group of 3 couples that do a lot of traveling together and rented from Laurence for one week in May of 2025. The home perfectly met our needs. It was very clean, comfortable and convenient to all major forms of transportation. The kitchen was modern and allowed us to make light meals which we enjoyed together after a day of sightseeing. It had a nice dinning area and a living room for us to relax and plan the next day's activities. Beds were also very comfortable. It is only a few minute walk from the main train station. We also found it very quiet in the evenings. Our hosts were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful and offer suggestions to make our vacation great. They were very responsive to the few questions we had regarding restaurants and helped us get settled quickly. We are very glad we rented with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. They made our time in Liege outstanding!
