We offer guests free organic fruits and vegetables from our garden. We have a large playground for children on our property. If you are looking for a place where your children will play carefree, and you will rest, then it is definitely Villa Elena Villa. Far from the city bustle and everyday worries and problems. The chirping of birds and pure nature is your environment.

Rustica House

Take it easy at this unique and cozy getaway. 200 year old house, restored in a traditional style complete with modern equipment. Fully air conditioned and with free WiFi and TV with Netflix channel. The first floor consists of a kitchen , dining room, living room and bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The house has several terraces: a private one next to the house overlooking the city and the river and a spacious central terrace with a barbecue.

House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Guests can use barbecue, fast 4G wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV... There are two shops in the resort, two fast food cafés and a restaurant. The city of Zadar is 30 min. away
