Historic apartment in the old town of Stein

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

Of course, the shopping street with many great restaurants and cafes is also just a short walk away. The small village of Imbach is nestled in the boundlessly beautiful nature of the Lower Austrian Kremstal valley and captivates with cultural gems such as the former church of the Dominican Monastery, surrounded by romantic castle ruins and historic old houses. Die Wohnung liegt über der Garage in einem separaten Haus mit Blick auf Garten und Wald. Haustiere willkommen. Krems ist 10, die Donau nur 5 Minuten entfernt.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this property right next to the universities. The apartment has its own parking space in the parking garage as it is located in the parking ban zone. The university is just a few steps away. Apartment has a private garden, but this is not yet revitalized. The apartment is very nice and stylishly furnished, a cozy new double bed awaits you. Fully equipped kitchen.
