From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Our cozy vacation rental in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark region offers space for 2–4 people over approximately 70 m² (750 sq. ft.). The duplex is spread over two floors and offers a quiet location and panoramic views of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick, and clay plaster create a unique ambience in the rooms, combining rustic charm with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating and fiber-optic internet. Great outdoor pool nearby, good nearby shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (€10 hour) On weekends only book both nights, no one-night booking. It's an apartment, Airbnb presents it as a tree house! Large staircase to the top, large apartment, large balcony - no shared use. For check-in, the door is open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

The Storchendorf Wahrenberg is right on the Elbe and offers an ideal location to enjoy nature and activities. Wahrenberg does not have through traffic. In the garden you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Cycling and canoeing are possible directly on site or nearby, as well as swimming on the Elbe or on lakes. The spa in Bad Wilsnack and the beautiful Waldbad Seehausen are ideal for excursions. Simple bicycles cost €5 per day.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
