The stork village of Rühstädt in Prignitz invites you to hike, cycle, relax and observe animals. The so-called Kossätenhof is the only listed private building in Rühstädt with a residential building, former stables and a barn. On the barn, 2 pairs of storks with 3 young storks are currently nesting (June 2025)! Places with historic city centers such as Perleberg are easily accessible.

Vacation home "Schwalbenblick"

Unsere erste Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der vorderen Hälfte des ehemaligen Kuhstalls. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine charmante Kücheninsel, der Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie das Badezimmer. Das Doppelbett im oberen Schlafbereich wird durch ein Einzelbett ergänzt, zusätzlich gibt es noch ein bequemes Schlafsofa für zwei (insgesamt 5 Schlafplätze). Unser zweiten Inserat, das Eulennest, befindet sich gleich daneben und kann dazu gebucht werden. Dann ist Platz bis zu 8 Personen.

Tradespeople are also very welcome and will find a comfortable, well-equipped retreat to relax after work.

In the natural garden you will find inviting seating, loungers, and barbecue facilities, and a private sauna from September 2026. Please note: The house is not suitable for people strongly allergic to cats.

Our modern renovated country house with a fantastic spacious garden offers space for the whole family: 4000 square meters for you! Here you can expect long forest walks, cycling tours on popular cycling trails, storks, stick bread and stars, paddling on and swimming in nearby lakes and rivers.
