Villa Baben - Vacation in the countryside 1

Relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The apartment is about 85 m² and lovingly furnished. From the kitchen there is a large terrace that leads directly into the greenery via an open staircase. During the summer months, our pool can also be used by our guests. The cities of Tangermünde, Stendal, Arneburg are easy to reach at only about 15 km each. A self-service market is 1.5 km away and a train station is 2 km away. Stag parties, company parties or similar are not welcome.

Located in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, you can enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, llamas, donkeys and cats. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk (ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, you could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed (2 people). Outside there is also a sauna house.

The spacious farmhouse, renovated in 2024, is in a quiet location and can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are located on the ground floor and are barrier-free. From the kitchen you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, which offers sufficient privacy. The large property is shared with the hostess. The large garden with seating areas and the pool (depending on the weather) are available. The place offers variety for a relaxing vacation.

Eggs from happy chickens can be obtained here in our village from the "neighbors." Numerous festivals, cultural events and exhibitions in the area will not make your stay with us boring. Farm shops with fresh fruit, vegetables and specialties from the region invite you to shop. .

In the landscape conservation area is the insider tip: Weinzierl Horsemanship – an alternative community whose smallest common denominator is the horses. You can retreat, work, laze around or you can participate in the community. From the breakfast buffet to the last red wine by the campfire. Completely newly built apartment in 2025 in a beautiful historic house from 1870. In the apartment you will find a large kitchen with everything you need. Right next to it is a large living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV with Netflix and a nice fireplace. In addition, there is a super cool bunk bed with a sleeping cave in the children's room. Playstation 4 with games is also included.

In our apartment you will find everything to really relax. On our large rooftop terrace there is a Jacuzzi with a fantastic view. In one of the two bathrooms you can really relax in our sauna.
