A peaceful, nature-filled retreat—perfect for escaping the city. It feels like an extension of Plitvice Lakes National Park, with quiet surroundings and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy a scenic one-hour walk (one way) along the lake to Station 3. Depending on the direction, the trail passes through forest or lakeside—ask the host for tips. Grocery stores and restaurants are about 20 minutes away by car. Breakfast is available for €10 with bread, ham, cheese, eggs, and coffee or tea. There's also a coffee machine in the hallway for guests. The room is simple but clean and comfortable. Though the park seems close on the map, it takes about 40 minutes by car to reach Entrance 1 or 2. Still, it’s a good place for a relaxing, nature-filled stay.

This is a room in a small hotel. The host family is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Plenty of parking, and only 10 minute drive from the park. Comfortable bed. WiFi is just okay if there are a number of users on the network. Breakfast is good and well priced for the area. Overall would recommend staying here.

We are very grateful to our host Miloš, who gave us recommendations for some other places to visit. Everything was clean and tidy, private back terrace. We were surrounded by a beautiful environment, we went on a tour of the Plitvice Lakes on foot through the forest (again we thank Miloš for the shortcut😉). As for breakfast, there is everything, both sweet and savory, so that everyone can find something for themselves. We are very satisfied with the price and quality. All recommendations🙂

Beautiful place to stay if you are visiting the national parks. The hottub was a nice addition to a long day of walking. Only comment about it were the jets didn't really work but it was still nice to soak after our visit of the national park!

Wow - what an amazing place to stay when visiting Plitvice! The room and property were lovely - and the host family was fantastic. The trout dinner was one of the best meals we had during throughout our travels in the region! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the lakes

This is the “off the beaten path” kind of place one dreams of. It was worth every cent and worth every second of the drive up in our ridiculously large vehicle. The pictures show exactly the idyllic vision that welcomed us. We truly were blown away by our stay here. From sitting outside sipping our morning coffee, using the sauna to relax after the 18 km hike, waking to the bright glow of the morning light upstairs and even making a meal for 5 adults in the little kitchen, it was such a wonderful experience. There was plenty of space for us all. For my standards this place was extremely clean and was stocked well for our stay. The only negative - the market is so far away. This could have easily been solved with a little more planning on our part. My advice is to stop at the market before driving in to avoid the Plitvice traffic. We are already trying to figure out our return trip to Croatia. Goran’s place will be a priority stop for us. Next time we plan to stay longer.

Ivana's place was perfect, full of nature and very quiet place. Internet speed was also good enough to work remotely. The room has anything you would need for a short stay, it has a mini fridge and also something amenities like cups and coffee, which is really appreciated. The apartment is 5-8 mins away from Entrance 1 in Plitvice Lakes. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Ivana was very friendly and always responsive. She allowed me to leave my luggage before Check in. Thank you Ivana!!!
