The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

I was so surprised with how fast the host answered and how flexible he was we are so thankful for the early check it ! The place looked just like the pictures the pool was perfect ! We really did enjoy our stay!

The house is beautiful! There wasn’t a thing we needed , the pictures honestly did no justice. Absolutely stunning property! Very peaceful and relaxing; felt right at home! We are definitely going back , and will probably rent both units with our family. Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Perfect house for our family of 8. Every one had their own rooms and space to spread out. It was 100+ degrees so the pool was essential. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do on the strip and downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was awesome! Very helpful and responsive. Sent us incredible donuts! Would stay again when in Vegas!

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

Our expectations were exceeded! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Las Vegas. The location is simply perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the Strip to reach all the city’s highlights within minutes. The house itself is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. We were especially impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventures in the city. Everything was spotless, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed every minute and sincerely hope to come back soon. This was my most favorite airbnb stay ever! Jess's place was very homey and super accommodating. The home is in a great location with many food places and grocery stores nearby. It was also safe and peaceful. Everything was as described and super clean, which was what I really appreciated. The self check-in process was easy. The home was very clean and spacious. Located on a cul-de-sac so it felt private and peaceful. Close to Allegiant Stadium, the Strip, and outlets/stores. Bonus that it is pet-friendly! Would definitely recommend staying at this home again!

This home was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, located in a great area, and looks exactly as photographed! We held a small family reunion in this house, and it was definitely a great time. The pool was utilized and enjoyed under the Vegas sun. Will definitely stay at another property if they have more options!

Great spot to stay off of the strip. Beds and pillows are VERY comfortable and all 3 bathrooms were very nice. A bathroom for each bedroom is amazing, plenty of room if there were 6 people to stay here. About a 20 minute drive to the strip. Many coffee shops and restaurants nearby within walking/driving distance. The pool was great and much needed for us to cool off in the heat!

Let me just start by saying this is the best host we’ve ever had. He was there from the moment we booked the trip to day we left making sure everything was perfect for our vaca. Secondly, this place is literally within 3-5 miles of EVERYTHING but the strip, and the strip, even though is 20 min away, we were there everyday of our stay and it never felt like a long dull drive. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house is beautiful, big, clean and has everything you can think of. The sofa is HUGE and comfy! The beds are the most comfortable beds of all the places we’ve ever stayed! We all slept so good! We played golf, we swam, we played pool, watched movies, dipped in the hot tub we stayed so busy every day we were there. I could’ve stayed for a month and never gotten bored. This truly was the best spent money ever spent. Thank you Lou! We will be back! You truly win BEST HOST EVER!

I really enjoyed staying at Edna's place in Vegas. It was so close to the strip, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home was very clean, cozy and had more than enough space for us 6 ladies. We loved the esthetics with the modern touches which perfectly matched the photos listed. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor space was perfect, and supplies were provided to make our stay amazing. Edna was quick with her response and checked in with us to see how our stay is going. We are so looking forward to our next stay, Edna is the BEST! <3
