Lo stabile è stato acquistato dai miei nonni nel 1938 ed è stato da me completamente ristrutturato nel 2023. E' la casa più vecchia del borgo Belvedere, così chiamato per la bellissima vista che caratterizza questa via. Nella ristrutturazione ho cercato di mantenere intatte le parti costruttive fatte di legno e sassi che arrivano dal letto del vicino fiume Piave, ma nello stesso tempo ho voluto sfruttare al massimo l'energia solare e dotare la struttura di tutti i confort moderni possibili.

Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house.
