Easy access to I-95. Ample on-street parking. The Dog House has stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is inappropriate for toddlers.

Enchanted! 1BR Apt near DCA in quiet neighborhood

Full accomodations and amenneties with plenty of space. Books, Movies and Games are available for rainy days. Curl up by the fireplace on cool nights. Although the listing says "not suitable for kids 2-12" I leave that decision up to you. It is not childproof for younger children so I don't want to be responsible for your child's safety, however kids are welcome. An infant would be fine but you will have provide the bed and bedding and take care of safeguarding.

EXCELLENT REVIEWS — a charming, serene, and bright private "English basement" studio with queen bed and kitchen area, in a perfect, vibrant, safe neighborhood of the city, convenient to everything. Great quiet workspace, with very fast wifi. PARKING - no parking provided with unit. Parking on street is free but restricted in two-hour slots M-F from 7am-8:30pm. Our home is one of the largest homes in the neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment. Our large family room will make you feel like you are at home. House is 2,700 sq ft. The house is a close 2.5 miles from the well-known National Zoo. Also, 0.7 miles to the METRO station that has a direct route to the National Mall - a perfect tourist destination.
