They are very responsive and I especially appreciate the clear instructions that they sent me on the day of the check-in. 5-Star Stay Near National Harbor – Perfect for Business & Leisure! I stayed at this fantastic Airbnb while in town for a conference, and it truly exceeded expectations. The property is spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with both comfort and privacy in mind. One of my favorite features was the tinted windows—you can leave the blinds up during the day without worrying about privacy, which made the space feel open and bright. The host went above and beyond by leaving snacks like cookies, chips, and popcorn in the kitchen, along with essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and cooking supplies. It was such a warm welcome and a thoughtful touch after a long travel day. Wi-Fi was excellent (a must for business travelers), and the smart TV was fully loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, and local channels—plenty of options to unwind in the evenings. Outside, there’s a lovely patio with a big sun umbrella and comfortable seating. Whether you want to enjoy a morning coffee.

This is an excellent place to stay, and just short walk to the Eisenhower Metro. Dee is super helpful and responsive and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the DC area.

My family and I had an exceptional experience at this beautiful location. Our host, Bentley, was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, particularly in accommodating my late guest. The seamless communication and the comfortable and clean environment were highly effective. Notably, I was able to bring my two Maltese dogs, and they thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor walks. The breathtaking panoramic view of the city from the rooftop was truly spectacular. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay at this property, where all our needs were met. David was amazing! Someone from his team declined my request, but David immediately reached out & rectified it. He sent all needed information in advance, the home was as described, there was actually a lot of food & supplies there, (condiments, full containers of lotion/shampoo, coffee, creamer, etc). We were there for a work trip, but decided to stay at an Airbnb instead & it was a great choice. We spent some time on the rooftop balcony relaxing, enjoying the view, & did some team bonding. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom & I have literally never been so comfortable in a bed that's not my own. I was tempted to reach out and ask where that duvet & bedding came from, it was so comfy. I slept like a baby, (I never do when I'm not in my own bed). The location was convenient for uber drop off & within 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to go, (we were there during Pride & there was tons of traffic & we still got to the Capitol Hill, airport, National Mall...everywhere in 20min).

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to reply and super helpful. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in a prime location!

I lived in this unit for 5 months, and I had a great experience. The unit has a beautiful view and all the amenities needed for a longer term stay. The kitchen is stocked with the essential utensils and cooking vessels, and all appliances are functional. The living space is comfortable with substantial storage space, and the dressing room and bathroom are well-maintained and relatively spacious as well. Some of the furnishings are more well-loved, but all are comfortable and in working order. Amber and Maranda are extremely communicative, and I never had any issues with maintenance or pests. For added security, Amber and Maranda provide a lease agreement, which gave me more peace of mind as a renter. River Place South is a very nice building overall, with a renovated lobby, kind, attentive concierge staff, security, and a decent quality gym.

We had a great stay at Veni, Vidi, Vici! Exactly as pictured and described. Great location. Very close to NoMa Metro station. The only thing that could have made it even better is if the bed had been a queen instead of a full size.

Lucas was great.! Had a few hiccups because of the holiday season and Lucas went above and beyond to help solve the issue!

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Where do I start? This was the most perfect place to stay. From the ease of the check-in process to the amenities offered, this was the best AirBNB experience ever. The room looks even better than in the pictures for starters. It was the perfect amount of space for all 6 of my family members. The amenities offered for the kiddos were a game room, pool, and there were activities for all ages hosted by the resort most evenings. Any kind of restaurant you could think of was within walking distance & some even offered a 10-20% discount for staying in the area. The rooms were clean upon arrival. I had 2 issues during my stay and they were resolved within 5-10 minutes of me texting the provided number. Unheard of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The concierge service even helped us planned our Washington DC activities for the day. I cannot rant and rave enough about this accommodation. Don’t hesitate to book. Do it now!

I travel a lot with a group of 4-7 friends and we have booked many Locations, Melissa's house was the best. I can not list everything that made us feel at home but just to mention a few; The entire house is super clean and things are very well arranged, the kitchen is well stocked. I honestly never seen any other house this stocked, it will be very hard to open a cabinet and don't find what you need. The bathroom are not lacking anything, all the supplies you would want and more. Its in a very quite neighborhood easy to walk, find and access, the yard was very spacious with a perfect back porch. Melissa will proactively communicate and let you know everything in advance which made our stay easy and comfortable. I never had to reach out to ask for anything, and if i did, am sure she would be very responsive. I will be staying here whenever i am visiting the area in the future. Perfect house and worth every minute we had access to it.

Very, very clean and spacious. Adrian sent very clear check-in directions and responded promptly to communications. He also provided a thorough guest manual. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The space was more comfortable than in pictures and the gym equipment seemed very nice. We were very happy with our stay.

We loved our family stay at the Saint Albans. The house fit all 13 of us comfortably, and it was in a great location. The kids (and adults) loved playing in the backyard. In addition to the stay being great and the house being well-stocked with everything we needed, the owner went above and beyond in assisting us with retrieving something that was left behind after checkout. A wonderful home with great amenities and a very kind, helpful and responsive host. She respected our privacy and accommodated everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were lovely. She even had a plastic pool for our dogs to play in. The house was well stocked and clean. There was clear communication from booking to checkout. We would for sure stay again!

Great place to stay. We stayed here for a weekend to attend a baby shower that was just down the road, and this was the perfect location for accessing everything we needed. The place was immaculate, and they had essentials that we ended up using, such as kitchen utensils and lots of towels. The host is very quick to respond at any time of day, which was very helpful when we were having trouble finding certain things around the house. The cherry on top was how hot the water got there. If you like taking hot showers, the showers here won't disappoint.

The James-Cecil home was an amazing choice for my Family. My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, The home was spotless, just like the pictures from the Air B&B website. The home was beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy which lead to an amazing night sleep being away from home. What the James and Cecil group didn’t say was how amazing the view at night overlooking Washington DC was breathtaking from the house. The James and Cecil Group went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I recommend the James and Cecil home to anyone looking to create beautiful memories with your family. I would like to say this experience was a 10/10.

We had a lovely time in this home. It was very well appointed- they thought of everything. Traveling with small children is always a challenge but they all the amenities for the children- including built in potty seat in bathrooms and step stool. Host was very responsive during the entire stay. Only complaint would be the internal temperature. The thermostat was controlled by the host and the temperature fluctuated on each level of the townhome. I recommend unlocking the thermostat and let guests regulate.
