Eight hectares of land in the heart of a heritage nature reserve where you will enjoy the quiet and sweet sounds of nature, a strategic position since it is a few kilometers from the towns of Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata. The large solarium has two swimming pools, both equipped with a whirlpool, a welcoming one for children and people with motor disabilities, a private pond, a bowling alley, a private garden and a large indoor parking lot. The breathtaking view will be the setting for our guests' stay.

Il soppalco accoglie il letto matrimoniale e la possibilità di aggiungere un pouf letto singolo. La Zona barbecue, il pergolato con cucina, la piscina, bagno e doccia esterni sono di uso comune.
