Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

A great holiday in Privlaka - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this vacation home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). The place was great. Clean, well equipped, each room with its own bathroom and everything you need for a successful vacation. Check in and check out were absolutely straightforward and we were even able to check in earlier. All in all, a very nice time in Karlos' house.

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

Nikolina was very friendly, helpful and share with a lot of recommendations. The apartament was very clean, exactly like on the photos even better! Our stay was fantastic!

We were very satisfied: -all (beach, restaurants, shopping center, beach, bars, playground) was within walking distance - Everything was explained in detail -The landlord with you in the house but very beneficial if there are any questions - Quiet location -super comfortable beds (box spring bed and bed with quality mattresses incl. Nousing protection ideal for children) -Parking at the house - Two washing machines + dryer -Kitchen full - Fridge incl. freezer The apartment was a dream, very bright and open, the rooms large, the bathroom with rain shower very clean! Two balconies and large terrace. We didn't miss a garden. We were always on the road :) The beaches in the area can be reached in a few minutes by car. Our children (4+12) got along well with the stairs, possibly more difficult for smaller children. We would definitely book again! We enjoyed it very much.

The apartment is suitable with two children, well equipped and clean. The common garden and pool are well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, there are several shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby. Barbara is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended accommodation.

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a huge hit with the children and as others have written Zoran and his lovely family were kind and attentive without being intrusive, thank you for your kind gestures like fruit, delicious pancakes and the gifts given to the children on leaving. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Our week-long stay was wonderful. The apartment, although small, had everything we needed, and even more. This place is a great solution for visiting the city of Nin and its surroundings. Mirjana is a very nice, warm person and we will remember this stay very well.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

This is a fantastic modern apartment in an older building, and the location and view were excellent. The apartment feels recently renovated and the pictures in the listing capture it perfectly! We were very comfortable and appreciated the amenities like air conditioning, a washer, and coffee maker with coffee provided. It was only 10 minutes or so to Old Town, and parking wasn’t too hard to find.

Andro is very welcoming and very responsive. He is very available and kindly gave us information. The accommodation is very good and it is well located, it is a strong point. We had a great time. We would recommend this listing!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

This place was perfect. Check in and directions were easy. Cornelius was there to check us in. His wife Dina owns the coffee shop below and made the best Latte I have ever had. Every morning we would go down and get 2 Lattes and 2 freshly made croissants and take the upstairs to our place. We would sit every morning on the patio and drink our coffee and look at the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was just what we needed after a hectic trip to Venice. The fact that Cornelius answered our messages almost immediately was such a bonus. I had questions about restaurants and things to do. The bed was firm which I loved. There was also Netflix and Prime to sign on to. I cannot say enough about this place. It had everything we needed close by and it was away from the hustle. We just took the bus that stopped out from for old town and we took our rental to Plitvice and Split for day trips. We cannot thank Cornelius and Dina for making our stay perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
