Enjoy this accommodation in a calm and beautiful and central .Close to beach,surrounded by palm trees, relaxing pool and Roof Garden with sea and nature views . Shops Close. It’s close from the main pier, bars and restaurants .In a very comfortable space located and equipped with everything you need, including a work area in the departament. Beach chairs, umbrella, safe, hammock, with work area in the apartment. The roof garden is espectacular with a beautiful green view and towards the sea!!!

The Blue House in Prog

Fantastic house with a pool that is 3 blocks from the Playón beach and Malecón promenade. It is a traditional Progreso beach house with original floors and high ceilings, making it cool and calm. There is air conditioning, WiFi, hot water, an equipped kitchen, office/work area and TV. There is a big pool, bar, and grass area that is shared with guests staying upstairs. The house is 10 minutes walk to the centre of Progreso and 3 minutes by car. We are pet and family friendly!

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable condD14 (ground floor) in Neek kaan located 30 meters from the sea in progress will be your best choice to rest and reset your mind, this beautiful apartment is surrounded by vegetation and the relaxing and light song of some birds, the pool is located a few meters from it which gives it exceptional privacy and at the same time the proximity of it, in this area there is a nice palapa with lounge chairs and table with chairs to enjoy the sun.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment within a complex with pool and roof garden that are shared. The apartment is on the first floor and in a reserved environment and with touches full of nature. There is surveillance and parking area. The boardwalk is a 25-minute walk away or a 10-minute drive away. Public transportation option or budget Uber service is available. The complex is one block away from the beach but is currently eroded. Great for lounging.

Los amenities del condominio son alberca con Palapa, camastros, baños, mesas, sillas, también tenemos un roof bar donde puedes hacer un asado o simplemente disfrutar la vista, estacionamiento, muchas palmeras y cercanía con el mar.
