The house is located in a quiet place with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea and is surrounded by greenery, has a swimming pool, barbecue. The house is spread over two floors (ground floor and first floor),a total of 8 people. It consists of two separate apartments that are rented as a whole. The ground floor apartment consists of a living room with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

The apartment is nice for two persons (without any other persons). It is located 50m above the main road near the sea, in lavender garden. Close to our home (by foot or by car) there are three little beaches (500m in 10min by foot). By the beaches are free parking places. We can communicate in english and german. The price includes all costs for 2 persons (water, electricity, gas, private parking, air conditioner, wi-fi, final cleaning, tourist tax.
