Everything was impeccable, the house was well equipped, it had everything you needed to have a good stay. In addition, it is very well located, everything is close and the sector is very quiet. Mr. Jaime is also very kind, his attention and willingness is evident. When we arrived, the stove was on for the cold, which is very much appreciated.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

The house is as shown in the images...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafés and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with a radiant heater and a heat blanket for the cold months. We had a great time. Thank you Mauricio!

I gave 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, she is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend to everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches, to book without fear. Great stay and was very homely, plenty of amenities as well which is always a bonus

The apartment is in a good location, one block from the Metro and a bus stop, so it is easy to get to and from the accommodation. Dealing with the concierge is simple and they are friendly. My stay was a couple of days and it met my needs. Recommended!

The best location, next to the subway. What I facilitate my tourism by Santiago, just 10.15 minutes from the tourist places, ideal for those who we visit for a few days. safe and beautiful neighborhood, everything is just a few blocks away. Cute restaurants, foreign exchange houses, pharmacies, supermarkets, and even I was able to visit the Costanera center walking. Better stay I couldn't have had; the apartment was very clean and Mary Luz was very kind. Highly recommended!!!
