Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Province of Arezzo

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Staying here was such a privilege. I have never stayed in a more beautiful home in my life. This 600 year old home has so much charm and beauty. Felt like I was in a fairytale. The location was stunning, pool was refreshing , elizabetta was helpful and the dogs and horses added to the fairytale. I did not want to leave. If you are considering Tuscany, rent a car and come here. You will not regret it. This home and Tuscany will have my heart forever !

Very awesome place, old house with countryside surroundings. Room was romantic with good air-condition. Nice place to eat breakfast outside in the morning and glass of wine in the evening. Thank you Claudio for your friendly hosting. And thank you for helping us fast with our problems!

View and food were both amazing. Nice, quite and relaxing. Valentina was very accomdating to an additional guests and gluten free options for both dinner and breakfast.

Beautiful property in an amazing part of Tuscany. Incredible and friendly hosts who were always so happy to help us, all details had been thought of at the property. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on too!

Our stay was absolutely lovely—I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! The area was so peaceful and charming, a perfect escape. Antonella went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was kind enough to drive us into the village for lunch one afternoon since we didn’t have a car, which we really appreciated. The hospitality from her and the other ladies made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and experience authentic Tuscan warmth!

A great accommodation, previosa house , and Luigi an exceptional treatment, I was able to park my vehicle next to the house and I even camped with his vehicle to a restaurant so that I could dine since I arrive a little late at night , a 10 for the accommodation that was expected, a beautiful house, and another 10 for the treatment offered

Authentic Tuscany, Amazing Hosts, Beautiful Host

This place was so unique in being both simple and exactly what was needed. Beatrice even baked me fresh gluten free croissants and rolls. What a view from my window!

We had a glorious week staying at Tom's. He is a kind and generous host who is eager to help you tailor your stay to suit your interests. Quiet, idyllic and comfortably rustic best describe this gem hiding in the tuscan hills just east of Florence. In addition to breakfast makings, for a modest additional fee, Tom and company are happy to whip up private pizzas to enjoy in your suite, or invite you to join the family at the dinner table for an relaxing and intimate family dining eperience. I highly recommend a visit.

The place where the property is located is an oasis of peace in the middle of nature but, at the same time, you can reach the center of Arezzo in about ten minutes. You can relax in the pool looking at a beautiful view and it was a pleasant surprise to also find a ping pong table. Mrs. Gabriella was very kind from the moment of the reservation. We felt right at home! Very good sweets and homemade jams that you can eat for breakfast. Thank you for everything, we hope to see you again!

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Breakfast with special hot croissants! Thank you so much for making us feel “at home”!!If we return to the area we will definitely see each other again.

This B&B is ideal for those who want to get to know Tuscany and want to live it to the fullest: Daniela and Giampaolo, the hosts, are exquisite and kind people who welcomed us in a beautiful accommodation in this historic house and prepared a rich breakfast with typical local dishes, both sweet and savory composed of cheeses and charcuterie typical of the surrounding tradition and cakes prepared in the house and with very fresh jams. In addition to hosting us, they recommended many places to visit nearby rich in history and local beauties, both close as Loro Ciuffenna and distant as Arezzo and beyond, with the various museums, architectures and walks that made us experience a piece of Tuscany at its best. For us this point was very important, they were tips that are difficult to find elsewhere and the passion with which Daniela talked about it convinced us even more to do these cultural adventures. Highly recommended to those who want a chill vacation in a serene environment.

I loved this stay the location and the views are stunning. I was in the area for an event and I am very happy that I chose this Airbnb. Marco was very helpful and even suggested many recommendations around the area. I would stay again.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Cara Maria, Grazie mille! We had a wonderful time. Maria is so very kind and her Tuscan home is a dream. If you’re looking for a place to wind down and relax - this is it. It’s also very well situated. Just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino (excellent food) and Cortona (stunning views). We also took the train from Castiglion Fiorentino to Firenze and spent a whole day there. You do need a car though. Generally just a really good vacation that we can absolutely recommend. Leaving made us really sad. We look very much forward to visiting again.
