From the moment you arrive, you feel the love of the villa’s owners: neat vineyards, thoughtful landscaping, flowers, cleanliness—it’s like a fairytale. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy scenic views and birdsong, this is it. The hilltop location offers stunning views, and the grounds include a small church, vineyards, panoramic pool, playground, ping pong table, and a lovely resident donkey named Pedro. We appreciated the coffee machine with capsules for the whole stay, and the welcoming gift of wine and olive oil. Special thanks to Giulia for the amazing winery tour and tasting—we’ll definitely be back!

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

If you need to relax and rest and unplug, it's the place. Superior sleep quality and nature the perfect combination. There was a problem with the municipality's water network but the staff was always available and attentive to help us, however the problem was resolved in a day. The only "flaw" that, however, does not impede the environment in which you are, is that the wifi, but in general the reception of all the appliances is very low, but I am of the idea that in such a place without internet it is even better. New and well cared for house, perhaps the only advice is that I would include in the kitchen and living room area a comfortable sofa instead of those present that seem more chairs and garden furniture, but otherwise everything is perfect.

Our family chose this home to be based for our visit to the region and to Florence. At the reception at our check-in we were very, very welcome, we asked questions about how to go to Florence by train, and supermarket in the area, the explanations were very good. The house has everything to make us feel at home and smells great. I recommended 🥰

Great accommodation at a really affordable price. Spacious, clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable, new bathroom, well-cleaned sanitary facilities. It was a pleasant experience at Daniel's, and when I return to Castiglion Fiorentino, I will definitely return.

She ensures everything runs smoothly and is always available. She has tips for things to do nearby and can recommend restaurants. We were lucky enough to use the entire property alone.

We loved staying at Francesca’s place! It’s located in the most beautiful surroundings with outrageously beautiful Tuscan views. It’s a perfect spot if you want to relax and unwind. The pool is amazing and so is the place with spacious bedroom and a kitchen. Francesca gave us a lot of local recommendations and organized a wine tour for us We can’t wait to go back!

Antonella was a great host, very quick response to our questions, always had positive communication with us. Her house was an extraordinary house, this stone house and antique items from the 1800s were a very nice experience for us. The house was very nice and in a quiet location. Antonella had provided us with everything we needed, gave us a lot of activities and local advice, what we were able to do from what she recommended really pleased us very much, it was nice advice. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend a quiet Tuscan holiday. If we go back here, Antonella's house will be our choice again.

What an absolutely perfect place! Myself and my partner stayed here for 4 nights during our Italian road trip and it was hands down the best place we stayed. Just the view from the garden alone is a reason for us to return! Absolutely beautifully decorated and the communication from the host was amazing. We will definitely be returning!

Wow — I couldn’t recommend this villa more! My friends and I stayed at Rosella’s villa for 5 nights and had the best time. The villa was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing — clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Rosella was the most amazing host — she went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. She and her team were always happy to help with any questions, and even gave us lifts to the station multiple times. I’d definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

This place is so beautiful! After a crazy day in Florence it was nice to go back to this peaceful beauty. Laura and her family were so nice and helped us with any questions we had about the area. The house is big too so gave us a little space from the kids for a bit too lol

In May 2025, we spent a week with Federica - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can look directly at the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi- simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and many more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - you feel right at home- We would be happy to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Greetings from Joanna and Bogdan.

Silvia’s house is modern and new. Spotlessly clean and very large. All Bedrooms have large beds, tons of space and lots of storage. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. They are super responsive and quick as well. We ran into a couple of problems but they immediately responded to resolve the concern. I would highly recommend and love to return in the future. Great space for a large group or family.

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

Carlo was very kind despite the very late arrival. The accommodation is very close to the conference center and therefore very convenient for those who have to go there.

Fantastic structure, cared for in every detail. The apartment is perfect, with spectacular views of the surrounding landscapes, very spacious and with all the necessary comfort. The garden is very nice and clean. The pool area is a real plus. Beautiful experience that I hope to be able to do again as soon as possible.

Melissa was very sweet and very responsive! She met us at check in to give us a tour of her home and gave us some local recommendations. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. And the view of the river is amazing! Could not recommend Melissa’s place enough!

We reached the very secluded country house in the early evening. Violetta's husband (Koch) prepared us delicious pizza. Afterwards, the children went to the pool to cool off. Violeta explained to me how to use the gas stove and the grill. We played table tennis, billiards and kicker almost every day. We visited the sights in the area one afternoon. Highly recommended, but connected with numerous serpentines. Two days later, we visited Siena for a day. Very worthwhile and easy to reach! Delicious restaurants, a well-stocked supermarket and an ice cream parlour are about 10 minutes away by car. Approximately 20 minutes away, there are large supermarkets and also a Lidl. My godchildren, their parents and I have enjoyed the hospitality of Violetta and her family very much. Thank you again for the wonderful time!

Amazing hidden gem in Crete Senesi

We stayed at the farm for 5 days, and if I had known how beautiful it is there I would have planned our round trip differently 😅 It is a great spot on earth. Unfortunately, the location on Airbnb was not correct, so we had to search quite a bit, but Roberta responded to my messages right away and navigated us. The cottage was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The pool was worth gold at 35 degrees and the kids couldn't get enough. You felt warmly welcomed by Roberta and her family. Alberto went out with the kids every night, which was of course the highlight. But there was also no lack of play opportunities and as parents you could relax wonderfully. Many thanks to the whole family for the great days 🫶🏻
