Giulia and her family have these magnificent apartments surrounded by nature, where everything is made with soul. Photos don’t do justice to the beauty you’ll find here. From the moment you arrive, you feel the love of the villa’s owners: neat vineyards, thoughtful landscaping, flowers, cleanliness—it’s like a fairytale. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy scenic views and birdsong, this is it. The hilltop location offers stunning views, and the grounds include a small church, vineyards, panoramic pool, playground, ping pong table, and a lovely resident donkey named Pedro. We appreciated the coffee machine with capsules for the whole stay, and the welcoming gift of wine and olive oil. Special thanks to Giulia for the amazing winery tour and tasting—we’ll definitely be back!

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Se avete bisogno di rilassarvi e riposare e staccare la spina, è il posto giusto. Qualità del sonno superiore e natura il connubio perfetto. C'è stato un problema alla rete idrica del comune ma lo staff è sempre stato disponibile e attento a venirci in aiuto, comunque il problema è stato risolto in un giorno. Unica "pecca" che però non stona con l'ambiente in cui ci si trova, è che il wifi, ma in generale la ricezione di tutti gli apparecchi è molto bassa, ma sono dell'idea che in un posto del genere senza internet si sta anche meglio. Casa nuova e ben curata, forse unico consiglio è che inserirei nell'area della cucina e soggiorno un divano comodo al posto di quelli presenti che sembrano più sedie e mobili da giardino, ma per il resto tutto perfetto.

A nossa família escolheu esta casa para sevir de base para a nossa visita à região e a Florença. Na recepção ao nosso check-in fomos muito muito mas mesmo muito bem recebidos, fizemos perguntas sobre como ir a Florença de comboio, e supermercado na zona, as explicações foram muito boas. A casa tem tudo para nos sentirmos em casa e cheira muito bem. Recomendo 🥰

Ottimo alloggio a prezzo veramente conveniente. Camere spaziose, pulite, cucina ottimamente sistemata, bagno pulito comodo nuovo, sanitari ottimimente puliti. È stata esperienza piacevole da Daniel e quando tornerò a Castiglion Fiorentino ci ritorno sicuro

Giulietta und ihre Familie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir sind leider sehr verspätet angekommen, unter Umständen die wir nicht beeinflussen konnten. Giuliettas Mann hat extra spät in der Nacht auf uns gewartet. Alles weitere konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geklärt und leider fehlte das warme Wasser, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbringen, da wir auf der Durchreise bei Freunden in der Umgebung zu Besuch waren. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass die Strassen zum Haus recht abenteuerlich sind. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. :-) Vielen Dank für all das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen!

We loved staying at Francesca’s place! It’s located in the most beautiful surroundings with outrageously beautiful Tuscan views. It’s a perfect spot if you want to relax and unwind. The pool is amazing and so is the place with spacious bedroom and a kitchen. Francesca gave us a lot of local recommendations and organized a wine tour for us We can’t wait to go back!

Antonella harika bir ev sahibiydi, sorularımıza çok hızlı yanıt döndü, bizimle her zaman olumlu iletişim kurdu. Evi olağanüstü bir evdi, 1800lü yıllardan kalma bu taş ev ve antika eşyalar bizim için çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. Ev çok güzel ve sakin bir konumdaydı. Antonella ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi bize sağlamıştı, bize bir sürü aktivite ve yerel tavsiyelerde bulundu, önerdikleri arasından yapabildiklerimiz gerçekten bizi çok memnun etti, güzel tavsiyelerdi. Bu evi sessiz sakin bir Toskana tatili geçirmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederiz. Yolumuz tekrar buraya düşerse Antonella’nın evi tekrar tercihimiz olacaktır.

What an absolutely perfect place! Myself and my partner stayed here for 4 nights during our Italian road trip and it was hands down the best place we stayed. Just the view from the garden alone is a reason for us to return! Absolutely beautifully decorated and the communication from the host was amazing. We will definitely be returning!

Wow — I couldn’t recommend this villa more! My friends and I stayed at Rosella’s villa for 5 nights and had the best time. The villa was beautiful, exactly as described in the listing — clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Rosella was the most amazing host — she went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. She and her team were always happy to help with any questions, and even gave us lifts to the station multiple times. I’d definitely recommend this villa and would love to come back!

O alojamento da Laura é incrível. Casa antiga maravilhosamente restaurada que nos faz reviver o passado. O espaço é amplo e a vista é soberba, transmite uma paz de espírito depois de um dia passado em Florença indescritível. A Laura e o marido acolheram-nos de braços abertos, sempre com um sorriso

Im Mai 2025 haben wir eine Woche bei Federica verbracht - es war eine wunderschöne Zeit Die Wohnung ist geräumig, top sauber und in Wirklichkeit schöner, als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die große Terrasse, wo man direkt auf den schönen Olivengarten blickt. Eine ruhige Umgebung, die Lage aber perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. 15 Autominuten nach Perugia - aber Umbrien ist nicht nur Perugia: Assisi- einfach ein Muss, dann auch z.B. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello u.v.m. Fantastische Architektur, Kirchen, Paläste, Museen mit unzähligen Meisterwerken von Künstlern, von den man sonst nur in den Büchern oder Katalogen lesen kann. Unsere Gastgeberin- Federica ist eine außergewöhnlich freundliche, nette und hilfsbereite Person, sie hat uns viele interessante Tipps gegeben, die unseren Urlaub sehr bereichert haben. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert- man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause- wir würden jederzeit gerne zurückkommen. Unsere Bewertung 5 Sterne + Liebe Grüße von Joanna und Bogdan.

Silvia’s house is modern and new. Spotlessly clean and very large. All Bedrooms have large beds, tons of space and lots of storage. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. They are super responsive and quick as well. We ran into a couple of problems but they immediately responded to resolve the concern. I would highly recommend and love to return in the future. Great space for a large group or family.

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

Carlo é stato molto gentile nonostante l’arrivo molto tardi. L’alloggio é molto vicino al centro congressi e quindi molto comodo per chi deve recarsi lì.

Struttura fantastica, curata in ogni particolare. L’appartamento è perfetto, con una vista spettacolare sui paesaggi circostanti, molto spazioso e con tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino è molto curato e pulito. La zona piscina è veramente un plus in più. Esperienza bellissima che spero di poter rifare il prima possibile.

Melissa was very sweet and very responsive! She met us at check in to give us a tour of her home and gave us some local recommendations. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. And the view of the river is amazing! Could not recommend Melissa’s place enough!

Wir erreichten das sehr abgeschiedene Landhaus am frühen Abend. Violetas Mann (Koch) bereitete uns leckere Pizza zu. Anschließend ging’s für die Kinder in den Pool zur Abkühlung. Violeta erklärte mir parallel die Nutzung des Gasherds und der Grills. Wir spielten Tischtennis, Billard und Kicker fast jeden Tag. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung besuchten wir an einem Nachmittag. Sehr empfehlenswert, aber mit zahlreichen Serpentinen verbunden. Zwei Tage später besuchten wir Siena für einen Tag. Sehr lohnenswert und leicht zu erreichen! Ca. 10 Auto-Minuten entfernt sind leckere Restaurants, ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und eine Eisdiele vorhanden. Ca. 20 Minuten entfernt gibt große Supermärkte und auch einen Lidl. Meine Patenkinder, ihre Eltern und ich haben die Gastfreundlichkeit Violetta und Ihrer Familie sehr genossen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Local muito agradável e relaxante, a piscina é fantástica, o Jacuzzi também mas na nossa opinião precisa de um pouco de manutenção. o anfitrião foi muito disponível e atencioso. Foi uma estadia muito agradável. obrigado.

Wir waren 5 Tage auf dem Bauernhof zu Gast, und hätte ich gewusst, wie schön es dort ist, hätte ich unsere Rundreise anders geplant 😅 Es ist ein tolles Fleckchen Erde. Leider war der Standort bei Airbnb nicht korrekt, so dass wir ganz schön suchen mussten, aber Roberta hat sofort auf meine Nachrichten reagiert und uns navigiert. Das Häuschen war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Der Pool war Gold wert bei 35grad und die Kinder konnten gar nicht genug bekommen. Man fühlte sich herzlich von Roberta und ihrer Familie aufgenommen. Alberto ist jeden Abend mit den Kindern ausgeritten, was natürlich das Highlight war. Aber auch sonst fehlte es nicht an Spielmöglichkeiten und als Eltern konnte man sich herrlich entspannen. Vielen Dank an die gesamte Familie für die tollen Tage 🫶🏻
