Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Arezzo

Our stay in Figline Valdarno was perfect! Lorenzo was a very accommodating host before and throughout our stay, and we absolutely loved the property. Private garage, good restaurants in walking distance, and short walk to the train station. If you are considering a trip outside of Florence or to explore Tuscany, I would highly recommend this house.

Die Unterkunft und der Garten sind einfach ein Traum – liebevoll gestaltet, ruhig gelegen und mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Besonders der Pool mit dem weiten Blick über die toskanische Landschaft war für uns ein Highlight – morgens wie abends ein absoluter Genuss. Vito ist ein großartiger Gastgeber: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und die ganze Woche über die Ruhe und Schönheit des Ortes genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge: Florenz, Siena, Arezzo oder auch kleinere Orte wie San Gimignano oder Cortona – alles ist in etwa einer Stunde bis eineinhalb gut erreichbar. Abends haben wir oft gekocht und den Sonnenuntergang im Garten genossen – mit einem Glas Wein und einfach nur Stille. Ich habe diese Unterkunft bereits mehreren Freunden empfohlen – drei haben schon gebucht – und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Ort zum Abschalten, Genießen und einfach Sich-Gut-Fühlen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La vue sur la campagne toscane depuis la piscine est fantastique ! Nous avons pu visiter la région. Tout était conforme et même supérieur à nos attentes

La casa di Sasso è uno spazio meraviglioso immerso nel verde di una collina con vista sulla città di Arezzo, con alle spalle e tutto intorno il bosco, le vigne e gli ulivi. La casa è molto grande ed accogliente, ideale per soggiornare in più famiglie, come abbiamo fatto noi, ma suddivisa in maniera perfetta anche per chi preferisce avere spazi propri, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Arredata con il gusto tipico della campagna toscana, rustico ma allo stesso tempo funzionale sotto tutti i punti di vista. Riccardo è un host molto simpatico e disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni davvero piacevoli e rilassanti, torneremo sicuramente.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Borgo Mocale Ce fut un excellent séjour. Le lieux est paisible, la vue est magnifique. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Je recommande vivement !

Die Unterkunft war schön, das Grundstück ist der Hammer mit eigenem Freibad (Pool wäre untertrieben), Tennisplatz und Bouleplatz. Schön zum spazieren und nichts tun. Es waren viele andere Gäste zur selben Zeit dort, auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück aber kaum bemerkbar. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, wenn man einfach mal nichts machen möchte. Der Kontakt mit Maya war sehr freundlich + schnell und die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen würde.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elena’s! Clean place with all needed amenities such as laundry room and parking area. The area itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Very close by car to many signature spots of Tuscany. we also enjoyed laying next to the swimming pool. The host is very welcoming and responsive. The host invited us to the local town’s celebration which we enjoyed a lot! Shortly, I can only recommend staying here to experience the best Tuscany itinerary! 🙌✨

We zijn 9 nachten geweest en het was een heerlijke tijd. Super fijn huisje, prachtig aangelegde tuin en een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht. Alles was schoon en we voelden ons erg thuis. De hosts zijn hele fijne warme mensen. Er is zo veel te doen in de omgeving, het ligt op rij afstand van alle grotere steden/bezienswaardigheden. We hebben ook prachtige wandelingen gemaakt in de omgeving. Een mooiere locatie kun je je bijna niet wensen in Toscane. Het is echt adembenemend. Het enige minpunt is dat het zwembad en hot tub niet warm zijn en ik daardoor niet heb gezwommen. Al met al is dit een superplek waar we echt een bijzonder mooie tijd hebben gehad.

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

At first we wondered if the location would be too remote, but that was not the case. Perfect in every way. We will definitely be back.

Der Aufenthalt bei Andreas und Natchana war sehr schön, ruhig, erholsam und hundefreundlich. Der eingezäunte Garten, welcher nochmal durch einen Weidezaun vor Wild schützt, bietet nicht nur ein gepflegten Pool, sondern hat alles was man für seine Bedürfnisse braucht. Es sind ausreichend verschiedene Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten und eine Grillecke mit eigenem Waschbecken vorhanden. Allgemein ist der Garten am Abend mit seiner Beleuchtung, dem See im Hintergrund und den Glühwürmchen ein absolutes Traumambiente. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles an Geschirr und Gewürzen vorhanden, sodass man nur Lebensmittel einkaufen muss. Wer diese Unterkunft bucht, wird es nicht bereuen.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect—exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, with classic rustic, yet elegant furnishings. The villa is gorgeous with attention to design & detail. For 6 women, it was perfect for us each to have our own bedroom and space to relax. Each room had its own unique view and touch. There are also plenty of common spaces throughout the house for connecting together. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped for plenty of great meals to be prepared and enjoyed together. The dining room is nice to enjoy a more elegant meal. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. We used the outdoor terrace for watching the sunset, enjoying brunch, and making pizzas. The washing machine and dryer are easy to use. The pool area is beautiful and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to go for a walk and enjoy the surrounding nature. The hospitality was unmatched from Tristan & Angela. I will absolutely book again and hope to return soon!

My friends & I spent 5 days at Il Casone in May, and what a delight it was. The Villa is both isolated and a short drive to various levels of towns and shops, cafes, and restaurants as needed. And of course a well equipped kitchen to cater for yourself. We were met by Roberta, the hosts father, and had a wonderful introduction and tour of the garden, the history and stories of the house and area, eventually we were allowed inside! It was a great welcome and Roberto was a good help to us many times we had questions the Villa is nicely renovated, farmhouse style and has everything you need it is very clean and good for people, like me, who might have mobility issues as it is all on one level and has wall in showers. While there we did a full day tour of the Chianti region which was great. They picked us up at the Villa and we visited two places to taste and also had lunch - do this! We loved our rural Idyll and would recommend Matteo’s Villa enthusiastically! Thanks Matteo & Robert

Helt fantastisk hus med massere af charme og personlighed. Så dejligt et hus, at vi overvejer at booke det igen næste år. Regina som stod for huset var virkelig sød og nem at få fat i, ved spørgsmål.

This is an absolutely stunning place, on so many levels. The villa and surroundings look exactly like the pictures, but they can’t truly do justice to the tranquil beauty of the landscape and the comfort of the house. We loved this place. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. It was a bit cold for the pool, but we braved it a few times - hard to resist with the stunning view. The house is a quick walk to the tiny yet utterly charming town of Montebenichi, with its one lovely little restaurant (with wonderful food). There are other walks in the area, including down the road towards the nearby wolf sanctuary - the wolves add to the magical atmosphere with their baying at intervals during the day. The road to the house is narrow at times, and intimidating at first, but gets easier as you get familiar with the twists and turns. The overall location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, a quick drive to many of the top sites. This place delivers on the Tuscan dream vacation.

Het verblijf 'Casa Elisa' was beter dan we hadden verwacht. Het is een groot huis met zelfs een kelder met sauna. Het zwembad in de tuin (met buitendouche en toilet) en het huis zelf waren brandschoon. Er was geen stofje of spinnenweb te ontdekken (zelfs niet achter een kast die wij verschoven om bij een stopcontact te kunnen). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend en de omgeving was fantastisch. Je bent zo in plaatsjes zoals Siena, Arezzo, Perugia en er is vlakbij ook een groot meer waar wij een dag een bootje hebben gehuurd (aanrader). Kortom, we kunnen het iedereen aanraden om bij Lorenzo te boeken. De communicatie met Lorenzo was ook uitstekend, goed te bereiken via app en spreekt goed Engels. Zijn vader komt elke dag even het zwembad checken en schoonmaken en zijn moederdag heel lief een heerlijke taart gebakken.

Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido como en casa. Ciro es super atento y nos ha recomendado sitios para ir a cenar y las mejores formas de llegar a Florencia desde el apartamento, nos ha puesto facilidades para todo. EL apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de incisa, que comunica en tren con Florencia. Nosotros fuimos con coche y se puede aparcar sin problema. Es un pueblo con mucho encanto con un río muy bonito que lo atraviesa. Un acierto absoluto este apartamento.

Carlo é stato molto gentile nonostante l’arrivo molto tardi. L’alloggio é molto vicino al centro congressi e quindi molto comodo per chi deve recarsi lì.

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Giovanni is excellent host very responsive met us outside to show us in. Apartment only 2 min walk from wonderful array of restaurants. 100m or so from beautiful Trasimeno lake. Great location from which to explore nearby Umbrian and Tuscany wonders. Apartment spotless. View of lake. Excellent mosquito meshes ensure no insects. Very quiet neighbours . Apartment cool and spacious and air conditioning makes it extra comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Siamo stati benissimo, tutto corrisponde alla descrizione e Caterina è un host perfetto, gioviale simpatica e pronta a venire incontro alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Da tornarci senza dubbio.

Absolutely amazing place and host! Enrico was very helpful and pleasant through the stay, dinner at their restaurant was exactly what we needed after the weather let us down. The freshly made focaccia was the highlight for sure. Shame we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend staying here and they have accommodations to suit groups as well as couples.
