Claudio is a gracious and friendly host, always available. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden/outside space is a little paradise - well maintained and great views!

This is a beautiful location, peaceful and tranquil. The facilities outside are fantastic. The beds were comfortable and although there is no AC there were fans. We would have liked a parasol available round the pool area but there are ample places to be fine to relax in the shade.

We were 7 adults and 3 children spending a week at Claudio’s house. The house is very well suited for a group of this size and could even accommodate a few more persons. The house is in the mountains with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and Mount Vesuvio on the other side. Driving there involves negotiating some narrow roads with steep climbs, but it is worth it. After coming down from the mountain, getting to the Amalfi coast is easy, as is getting to Pompei and Napoli. The house itself is amazing; built into the rocks and with a fabulous design. It is more beautiful than appears from the pictures on the web site. After touring the Amalfi coast during the day, we spent late afternoons enjoying the pool and we had all our meals at the terrace outside the dining room/kitchen. We had a great week, in no small part thanks to this amazing place. Claudio and his wife, were very friendly and helpful. Before and during our stay, they responded quickly to all questions.

very beautiful village around, beautiful and secluded view of the mountains, perfect location, the whole house was at our disposal, we had a great time, the house had everything we needed, it felt like we were visiting friends :) we will definitely come back 😊

The villa is located on the top of a mountain and offers a great view in a quiet environment. Architecturally a masterpiece, the way the house is integrated into the environment. The garden is a dream and is lovingly maintained by the owner. The amenities are simple but functional. Riccardo and his parents are great hosts and very attentive to the guests. We enjoyed our stay!

This villa was so much more than we could have expected. It is spacious, clean and airy. The large terrace outside has a gorgeous pool, recliners and great views in all directions, including the sun setting over Vesuvius. Its location on the top of a hill gives it perfect privacy. Sonia's nephew, Riccardo, met us in Cava de' Tirreni and guided us to the villa, which is a short drive (or taxi) from the town but not easy to find. Riccardo showed us around the villa before he left. Our hosts were very prompt in responding to requests and queries during the week, with recommendations for places to eat and a local taxi. The nearby small village is a reasonable walk down and has a shop, butcher and bar. The walk back up is inevitably more taxing. One last thing, the fireflies on the bank at the north side of the villa were mesmerising. It became a daily routine to watch them after enjoying the amazing sunset from the terrace. Huge thanks to our hosts for a fantastic stay.

Mario and his family are absolutely lovely – we felt at home the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. We were even allowed to pick fresh lemons from their lemon tree – the best we’ve ever tasted! The villa is stunning, with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views. Naples, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast are all within easy reach. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be coming back!

The villa is amazing. The view is far greater than in the pictures. Pool is big and premesis is just stunning. Roberto is the most kind and friendly host. Also great location to explore the amalfi coast and fast to get In to Napoli as well. Would recommend!

Enzo was super responsive and helpful, easy to find and lots to space for parking etc. Met the lovely Luna the dog, very sweet! Local town was a short walk way (30-45mins - short for me!) which was full of life. All in all a great night! Thanks again

Exceptional villa, very clean on there's everything you need. Ideal for relaxing in a very quiet setting and away from the city. Hosts always attentive and available. Had a wonderful week!
