Siamo stati benissimo grazie della vostra ospitalità. La villa è comodissima con ampli spazi interni ed esterni. Host super disponibili e gentili. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Grazie

J'ai déjà beaucoup séjourné dans de multiples gîtes. Mais celui d' Antonio bat tous les records au niveau rapport qualité-prix. De plus, je tiens à souligner particulièrement la qualité humaine d Antonio qui, pour moi, à beaucoup de valeur ! Ce propriétaire connaît le mot "respect de l'autre" et sait se montrer disponible quoiqu'il advienne, cela bien qu'il soit très pris par son travail. Un séjour chez Antonio laisse des marques indélébiles tant au niveau du séjour "vacances " qu'au niveau du contact humain. Je donne volontiers 10 étoiles pour tout.

La casa è molto grande, pulita e completa di tutto, ogni camera è dotata di aria condizionata. La posizione è ottima con poco più di mezzora si raggiungono i Trabocchi, le gole di San Martino, Roccascalegna. A dieci minuti da lì si trova anche il sentiero che porta alla cascata di San Giovanni. il borgo di Guardiagrele è molto interessante da visitare. Domenica e Luciano sono stati dei padroni di casa premurosi e disponibili.

Appena tornati e speriamo di poter tornare... Alloggio in una buona posizione, ben pulito e ben fornito. Spazio esterno a dir poco stupendo, parcheggio interno al cortile che è tanta roba. I proprietari due persone stupende, con le quali fare due chiacchiere è un piacere, gentili e disponibilissimi. Siamo super soddisfatti.

Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern in Marcos Haus und es war einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir je hatten. Das Haus liegt wunderschöne am Ende einer kleinen Straße, zwischen Weinbergen und Natur. Der Blick vom Haus und Balkon aufs Meer ist einfach wunderschön. wir verbrachten Stunden damit einfach nur aufs Meer zu schauen. 🙂🤩 im Haus ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. ausreichend Betten, Bettwäsche, Geschirr usw. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, Hat Marco sofort reagiert und geholfen. danke für diesen schönen Urlaub, danke fürs teilen dieses Juwels. wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch Mal wieder.

This house is a gem of a find! The photos don't do the house justice. This is a classy house with plenty of space and very large rooms. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets in lovely crisp cotton! If you are looking for a perfect Italian experience that is close to the beach and restaurants then this is it! The patio is perfect for sunny breakfasts. There is a BBQ, hammocks and sun loungers to help make your stay an enjoyable one. Communication with Promomax has been so easy and they have been extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. Definitely 10 out of 10!

Villetta spaziosa e pulita in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo. In 6 persone e 2 cagnolini siamo stati molto comodi. Stefania host reattiva e molto disponibile anche sull'orario di check out. Soggiorno consigliato

What a wonderful place! View of the ocean, big clean pool which was very well designed for both us and our children, 3 and 5 years old. The house is either just built or completely renovated, everything was spotless. We were not quite sure whether the patio and pool was shared or not but it is. This was never a problem though since the other house is occupied by the owners and they were very kind and helpful. We never felt our privacy compromised and always had solo access to the pool. The area has plenty of nice beaches and restaurants but this house is up a steep hill so it was quiet at night. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

The welcoming villa manager, Samy, enhances the experience with his friendly demeanor and efficient communication. From the initial detailed arrival instructions to the smooth check-out process, every aspect of our interaction was handled with professionalism and ease. While the property is perfect for relaxation, it also serves as a base for exploring nearby sights and beaches. It’s important to note that this villa champions a peaceful and respectful atmosphere, making it more suited for families and those looking to unwind in tranquility rather than a party scene.

Seconda volta qui. Si conferma un piacevole soggiorno in una casa molto ampia per più famiglie con bambini. Comodissima anche la posizione alle vie centrali. Claudio e Federica sempre molto disponibili.

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche leider nur mit dem Notwendigsten eingerichtet. Den großen Pool hatten wir meist für uns alleine. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Wirklich zum Entspannen. Das Meer jedoch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tolle Strände in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Wir haben als Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kind für 10 Tage in der Villa Miranda gewohnt. Das Haus ist super geräumig, Platz ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal. Etwas außerhalb, aber Strand, Stadt und Supermarkt sind mit Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die meiste Zeit haben wir am Pool verbracht, dieser ist top in Ordnung und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wären gern noch länger geblieben, aber der Urlaub war leider vorbei.

This is a remarkable property. It’s a large, attractive, comfortable, & stately home with spacious grounds, including many trees, lawn areas, free parking, and a pool. The kitchen is well-supplied, including a dishwasher (no microwave). Unfortunately, there was no shampoo or body wash (despite being listed among the amenities), and the WiFi is barely adequate (it works only in the downstairs living room). The home is just outside of Vasto, a nice town with an attractive historic center, on a ridge with views of Vasto Marina (beach area), and lots of grocery stores & restaurants. The hosts were helpful & responsive. We had a very restful stay, and our grandson loved the foosball! Highly recommended!

Stupendo soggiorno in una tranquillissima zona di vasto. Accesso a tanti ristoranti e tante attività ad un massimo di venti minuti di auto. Matteo disponibilissimo e per niente invadente. Tutto il complesso di alloggi risulta molto curato e pulito. La zona è molto tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Torneremo sicuramente

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

Beautiful setting, great pool, and very relaxing. We would definitely recommend and come back in the future. It would have been helpful to mention City Tax and the extra payment for towels and bed linen, or find a way to incorporate it into the price from the start

Enzo was very nice and Caring. The views are amazing and this little town is magical. The apartment is small and cozy. Awesome coffee machine with milk frother and heater. And Enzo was very hospitable and helpful with everything we needed and flexible with our hours as well.

Superbe villa! Après avoir parcouru la moitié de l’Italie nous avons fait escale durant 5 jours chez YourPlace Abruzzo où nous avons pu nous reposer paisiblement et surtout profiter de la piscine qui est juste magnifique. Rien à dire mise à part les derniers 100m pour atteindre la villa qui est une route à gravier.
